Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After some time with it, we found that if you are cooking on the range below and it project heat above, it makes the comtrol board act up and it “ghost” selects options on the touch panel while not allowing you to cancel them. Not sure how no one has this issue like we do. It acts fine otherwise, however it is pretty useless if you have items on ghe stove that end up making the door hot.

Love this microwave!

I was worried, being slim, that things wouldn't fit, but we've only had one large bowl that didn't fit. It heats well and has multiple features. It looks great over our Samsung range. The only frustrating part is I constantly turn the fan on when opening the door.

Need to work making sure the customers understand what is needed and to be done prior to them coming!

The features are not easily figured out. And the plate inside does not like to spin. Fortunately I don't use microwaves very much and just needed something that would free up space and double as a microwave and exhaust fan during a remodel.
