Best Buy is always my 1st choice for any electronics. Best Buy price matches other stores. Best Buy also seems to be the only store that stocks microwaves in white. I liked the price and the brand. The installer was slotted to be at my house between 8AM and noon. They arrived at 915 and wasted no time installing the microwave. They were fast and polite. 100% satisfied with this purchase/installation.

I gave it a 4 star because I have only had it a short while, but it seems to work as described - no problems. My biggest concern with any appliance is its ability to consistently work for a reasonable period of time. This being the case, I would gladly give it 5 stars.

I am amazed how much better the "Special Features" work as compared to the older one. Pop corn, reheat, defrost, all working A number 1. That's all I have tried so far but I'm impressed.

You do need to get use to what element to use with what you are cooking due to the different btu output but love the middle skillet for pancakes!!

We have never had a problem with any of them. That appears to hold true for this microwave. We’ve installed it ourselves, not very difficult at all, been using it almost a month now and it works perfectly. Would recommend this model to anyone looking for an under cabinet, over the stove microwave. Really can not go wrong with this one.
