    Unfortunately, this microwave quit working after 2 uses. It is currently at the repair shop. I am hoping Best Buy/Samsung stand behind their product if the repair shop cannot fix.

    Garbage, died after a year and 3 months. DO not buy this. Magnet seemed to die inside after use, really seemed to struggle with baked potatoes.

And I want to apologize if your microwave died after a year and 3 months. When a microwave isn't starting or heating, the most common reason is that it is in Demo mode. This mode is used on retail showroom floors to show off microwaves without activating their magnetron. The microwave also won't heat if it does not have enough clearance or ventilation. If the microwave turns on but does not heat, checking a few settings and the installation will help resolve the issue. This applies to both regular microwave heating and convection heating.

    The product was good as anticipated. The service experience on this product was beyond terrible. We brought it to Best Buy’s attention and they did nothing. Been a customer for a long time.

    Purchased the microwave, but after unpacking, the unit was dented, front panel broken, and pieces loose inside. I returned the microwave, and expect to get a replacement in May. We'll see.

    The microwave is nice however when I went to register the product for warranty I was told that they will not provide a warranty because this model is not supposed to be sold outside of Canada
