love the new Samsung microwave, looks great and works wonderful.

I have only used it a couple of times, so this is more about installation and first impressions than a full review. The installation was not super easy. They provide you with paper templates for the back wall and underside of cabinet. The template is on extremely thin paper, which makes it tricky, especially if your cabinet bottoms are not completely flat. My cabinets have trim around the bottom so there's a one inch lip you have to deal with. Trying to tape the template to the underside of the cabinet was a disaster. If I had to do it again, I would have taped the template to some cardboard which would make it easier to get the correct hole alignment for the mounting screws. Because of the flimsy template and the trim on the cabinet, it was difficult to get the holes marked in the correct spot. As a result, I couldn't get one of the two bolts to line up and ended up having to drill a second hole for one of them. Not what I wanted to do to my cabinet. Once I got it installed, I looked at the manual for how to set the clock. The manual tells you to press the "clock" button. There is no clock button. you have to press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to change the clock. Why doesn't the manual say that? I'm taking a star off for the difficulty of installing and the manual that gives you the wrong information. These are two issues that are incredibly cheap to fix but indicate either poor quality control or efforts to shave fractions of pennies off the manufacturing cost. Come on Samsung, you can do better!

Perfect fit to replace 8 yr old Samsung microwave. It fit the current wall mount bracket perfectly and the screws holes topside. Quick installation.

The microwave is great. The Black Stainless steel look makes it a must for my kitchen. The 1.9 cu ft gives the ability to microwave just about anything you'd need w/o any issues. It also seems to cook/heat stuff super quick related to other microwaves I've had.

We recently purchased this Samsung microwave to replace the OTR microwave that had broken. Installation was easy and requires two people. The microwave itself is great!! It heats the food evenly. We have used the beverage button which warms up a cup of hot cocoa perfectly. My husband did use the reheat button and was amazed at how well his food came out reheated to the perfect temperature. We love that there is an eco button we can use to turn of the digital screen. The exhaust on the microwave has been absolutely godsend in our home with the 4 different levels. The light underneath acts as a great night light in the kitchen for our little girls. Overall it was a great purchase, the reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the "manual" or lack there of. My husband and installer had to mess around with figuring out how to set the time, as there is no clock button. We recently had the power go out and I even tried to google how to set the time, but everything I found said to press the clock button, which this model does not have.

Only had it for a month No complaints not top of line microwave but overall a good microwave

Great microwave. My previous one broke and I really needed the fan under. Easy to install. Just make sure you have 2 people.

We purchased this microwave to replace another Samsung microwave that had served us well for many years. This one is much louder than our old microwave. It's quite annoying. I suspect that's normal for this appliance. Unfortunately, that isn't something that can be evaluated until you buy it and install it. I also think that the keyboard controls are awkward. I cannot recall the exact placement of the controls on the old device, but this one places the "ON" and "OFF" buttons in the second row from the bottom. These buttons should be on the bottom row because they would be easier to find if placed there. Yes, we have become used to the odd placement of these buttons but will find the noise much less able to acclimate to. I suspect for the money there are better microwaves available.

I love Samsung phones, which is why I bought a Samsung brand microwave and dishwasher. Samsung has a lot of work to do in the appliance category. This microwave cooks so inconsistently. Sometimes the food is lava hot and other times I cook the same food at the same time and it's stone cold. Three years in, the spring on the door broke so now the only way it works is if you stand there and hold it shut. Not impressed with this, given how much I paid for it.

I love this microwave because it has a còoking sensor when reheating fòod. Its easy to clean compared to the one I had before.

This microwave was in my home when I moved in 2.5 years ago, and it just stopped working, I have an older microwave that still works just fine. The warranty has expired on this unit, and the repair cost is half the price of a new microwave but still without warranty. So Im gonna buy a new one.

I have had the microwave for exactly 35 months to the day, and it stopped heating. Tried all the troubleshooting steps with Samsung and nothing works. It might heat for a brief min, but the the next it wont heat at all again. The cost to send a repair person for diagnostic is $249.00. Which is no way worth it when I can buy a new over the range microwave with a warranty for the same price. I am very disappointed in Samsung, and I have beed die hard samsung for many years.

The Microwave works well. I am not too fond of the dark interior. Also recently found out that you cannot use the cooking function and kitchen timer at the same time.

The microwave will turn on the fan and light if the door isn't closed just right. Samsung says that it is because the door latch is dirty. My door latch is spotless now and it still does it. I just took the side panel apart to look at the switches. They are also spotless. They just designed it so the door latch BARELY closes the switches. I have had this for just over a year and it is already showing stress marks at the lower corners. The door is now crooked. I should have returned it.
