They put a sticker over the outside of the chrome book. After taking that sticker off (because it Looked like crap since is was not straight) there is a school logo etched on the top of the book. The bottom of the computer is all scratched up! I know there was a possibility of some cosmetic defects but nothing like this!

I guess it’s refurbished for a reason. I guess i was expecting like an open box type of deal. The lab top is super scratched up, dents, paint is warn off, the part where the mouse is lags. You can tell this lab top was VERY USED and not lightly used. You get what you pay for and i get that.

I bought this chrome book for my daughter for school, since she’s finishing her 8th grade class online. The price was great, I was skeptical because it was refurbished, but we use it every day for school and she watches movies on it.. I was definitely made a believer. Even got it earlier than expected, which made my daughter happy. Very happy with my purchase.

Long life battery, fast charging, super lightweight, love the keyboard, easily accessible apps.

Bought this laptop for my son who was in 1st grade when the pandemic started so that he can learn his way around a laptop and get some learning done over the summer. Easy to use!

I ordered this in the middle of the night & honestly i didn’t even realized i had ordered it until i woke up lol . I was reading reviews on it and i was kind of scared due to the things ppl were saying but . I love my laptop is thin, which i love ! It did have a small scratch but overall everything seems fine !!

The computer is great, it's the right size for portability. Also has an amazing direct link to your gmail, chrome in general is a great buy. But this computer specifically is amazing for people of all ages.

It a decent computer to started your young daughter or son on, anything more you would be wasting your time and money. I purchased this computer for my 2nd grader to complete his work online classes and it took me a min to get everything set. Yet we still ran into problem for instance when typing it lag with the letter appearing on the screen or no backspace button.

Laptop charger did not work. 3 stars because very easy to return and money back.

My 10 year old stepson wanted a laptop, did his research, found this chromebook, and paid for it with his own money he had saved. Unfortunately my husband and I failed to research before we ordered for him. Unlike the other reviews on here, his came in good shape and it worked ok, the issue is that it is too old of a machine so the google play store would not work on it. Which meant he couldn't download the apps he wanted like kids you tube. We returned this and helped him get one that was a little more expensive but was able to do the basic things he wanted it for

This is a Christmas gift for a family just learning about chromebooks. Using google chrome on a windows based laptop prior. Inexpensive and a great learning tool.

I didn't believe I can get such a versatile notebook Small enough to carry but an excellent choice for road trip and flight through the States not having to worry about weight and where to fit for such a reasonable price.

It fits the need of what I was looking for and is small and compact.

I purchased this refurbished chrome book for my 6 year old. I was skeptical about it being refurbished but my purchase arrived quickly and did not look refurbished. Great for beginners!

Bought this for my kids to do school work on and the battery goes from completely charged to only 12 percent in 2 hours. I've never owned a chrome book so an instruction manual would have been nice to include. It looked nice and clean with just a minor scratch or two when I got it out of the box.
