We had an older model of this same size front loading Samsung washer for 5 years which we liked a lot, washed very well, and never gave us any trouble, but it was rather loud during the spin cycle. Then we recently got this latest version washing machine for a good deal before Christmas. It is extremely quiet during the spin cycle, has a larger loading mouth, more washing options, and is really to operate with the AI smart dial that remembers the typical sequences we follow for different kinds of laundry. The only slight issue is it is so water efficient, we do an extra rinse and spin to get the soap out, but we now tend to use less soap and laundry comes out smelling nice and clean - and we use unscented detergent. Very happy with this new unit - highly recommend for condo residents who need a small closet space fitting stackable washer/dryer that works really well. Our older Samsung dryer is stacked on top.

Easy to use, didn’t have to read the instructions. The interface is very intuitive, the clothes come out clean and it plays a happy little song when the cycle is complete! You can also control the whole thing by it’s your phone and it sends a notification when cycle is completed which is great because itsneasy to forget about it; even in a small home as it is super quiet.

Installed November 9th, 2024 and already we need service on it for leak in the door seal. Tech was not given the expressive details I provided of the set up (stacked) or the problem, so after waiting for the service date, he came and left without doing anything. Now we wait again for another service call to be set up (3 days estimated by the Tech).

It is excellent for small apartments, its load capacity is great, the space it occupies and its easy connection made it perfect and in function with the dryer from the same series they make an excellent combo. I loved the Wi-Fi connection that notifies you of the wash cycles in which it is washing and drying and you can customize it with a name to your machines

A great little washer is a stackable unit with a comparable dryer on top. It's hidden in a small closet.

Broke and leaked destroyed my house. Leaked so bad it went through the wall to the outside of the house Support is worthless

I am absolutely loving my perfect compact size Samsung washer and Dryer. They are perfect a family of 2 o3 I even washed my king cozy blanket and I had space left. Clothes come out smelling fresh and super clean. I am very happy with my smart purchase. My laundry rooms looks awesome.

This is a great washer, super easy to use and very quiet. The Samsung SmartThings app was simple to set up and works seamlessly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this product.

Overall easy to operate. Dryer fits perfectly on top. Has difgerent type on cycles, spin and temperatures that you can control depending on load size.

This is a very nice washer. It cleans very well, has an excellent assortment of cycles, and it’s VERY quiet. Not inexpensive but it seems to be a high quality machine.

This washer is amazing…washes extremely well just like the laundromat…rinses very well…right amount of water…clothes really do come out clean smelling just like suavitel when I use it during the final rinse…had a top load washer for years…but this one really tops it…and it fits a lot of clothes…and still have room in it without it being too full…This is the 1.

This washer works well for us. We were initially apprehensive about its capacity, but it fits our space beautifully and performs efficiently and conveniently. And the installers were wonderful.

compact with all the bells and whistles (it literally plays you a song when complete). So grateful my bed quilt still fits this size.
