However the drying function is nothing to be desired. Does not dry well atvall dishes stay wet for hours and still tend to have to hand dry them. Also the drain hose is not universal ams ans adaptor had to be used as itnwas to large for pipes and leaked without it.

Great product - service was less than perfect.

Contracted with Best Buy to have the appliance installed, had a site visit, as I was refreshing all appliances, the Best Buy person missed that the existing dishwasher electric connection had to be converted to a regular outlet. Fortunately the installer could do this, although had to pay an extra $175 directly to him. Wish I would have known this ahead of time.

The dishes will dry, however, due to the setup of this dishwasher I feel like it takes longer for them to dry.

The Rinse Aid dispenser does not show fill level, since the sign is at the bottom piece. It should be on the side to show depth level. After closing lid, the rinse aid leaks due to no clear cut fill level mark.

I love that Samsung appliances are musical and you have the option to turn it off if that’s not your thing. I also wish I chose the front panel load versus top panel load since my unit is under the counter. I also love the option for the door to automatically open after drying to complete the dry cycle. Really love my new dishwasher.
