Decided to go with this dishwasher because of previous reviews and the sleek look. It was delivered and awaiting install. We will check back after we use it for a bit.

I know when I do these reviews it’s about the actual product and not the service received so it would be unfair to rate this item itself less than it deserves. The dishwasher is great. It cleans well and is efficient and easy to use. The auto open feature works great and it’s nice to be able to integrate this appliance with the rest of my Samsung appliances through the app. The AI wash feature is great as it helps to eliminate any unnecessary wash times through the regular cycles. Love the look and the fingerprint resistant exterior is great. I love this dishwasher.
As for the service received when purchasing this item. This has become a recurring issue with buying items open box from Best Buy. They used to be a company that actually cared about their customers, especially those that invest in their rewards clubs and have their credit cards but not anymore. I bought this item open box in “excellent” condition according to the store which means that it’s not missing any parts and has no damage at all. Well it was missing many parts and I didn’t find out till I got it home because they wouldn’t let me check it before I left the store. I called Best Buy to let them know what happened and their only response was for me to bring it back. I asked them if they thought it made sense for me to uninstall the dishwasher and then bring it back to the store instead of just sending me the missing parts because I had a warranty on it and I was told no, that I had to physically just return it as if it was a 5lb item. Just zero care and concern for what I was mislead to believe. I’ve spent thousands of dollars a year with Best Buy but who cares right? It’s really sad because this used to be one of my favorite stores to shop at but I’ll be checking out the competition going forward.

This dishwasher is so silent!!! One of the best outside

The dishwasher cleans dishes well. Here are the drawbacks, from our experience: the door opens in response to the slightest push, even if we accidentally lean against it as we are using the counter above it. It happens during the wash cycle as well, so we avoid putting it on during the day. The second star was deducted for the design of the wire rack on the bottom. The configuration is limited to either all plates or plates and larger pots/pans combo. We use a lot of bowls, and our previous dishwasher had a better optional configuration to accommodate odd size items. Another beware before you purchase: Best Buys' price match is not available on bundled items.

Smells like asphalt when running, assume that will go away. Top rack takes a little bit to get used to, gap between top rack and glasses rack makes it hard to put tall glasses in glasses rack.

we were pleasantly surprised when next day delivery and install was available and completed quickly. this unit is much quieter and easy to use. the AI cleaning mode has worked great so far and the adjustable shelves are very helpful.

Installation First Time

First unit wouldn't drain. Troubleshooted all possible issues that the manual said may be the problem without take unit out from under the counter. The second unit that was brought for replacement was installed and worked and has worked great ever since. The issue was the first install pinched hose reducing drain flow. As of 9-19-25 the unit is great
