It gives it that modern touch and shine with the stainless steel finish. This product is amazing. The only thing I'm not using is the bluetooth since I don't have a compatible range to really get all the juice out this gadget.

Unit was professionally installed same day of delivery. Unit worked for a day and then to my luck suddenly stopped working. I had to contact Geek Squad and was then asked to contact Samsung to resolve my current issues. Samsung agreed to replace my unit (took about 3/4 weeks for this approval). I ultimately lost money on this unit as Samsung agreed to pay for my installation (keep in mind I had to pay for Instal TWO times) and then later took that back by saying I was misinformed by the rep; supervisor was supposed to further support and 'take care' of me one way or another. The supervisors way of taking care of me for paying installation 2 times on something that was Samsungs fault was to ignore me and not proceed with her end of the deal. Ultimately, I did get my unit replaced. The new one is working fine however with the added fees I had to pay out of pocket for instal and Samsungs defective items I could have purchased an item on a different scale. First unit Purchased early december 2020 Replacement purchased 1/29/2021

Hard to keep clean
