Best Buy did nothing to help me. I had to buy the cord on my own and pay a tech to come back out and install. Thanks for nothing Best Buy.

That doesn't seem to suck in all the smell and gets very Smokey

However, the hood, vent, and filters can be cleaned quickly and easily by following some simple steps. Hood broke down after two years

All my appliances are Samsung but I am really disappointed with the quality. My hood broke down after just two years. They like to break down after warranty ends. Paid a lots for it thinking u get what u paid. If I guess it doesn’t work with Samsung.
