Unless you have laser vision you will likely only use it at half the resolution. I do bump it back up for photography stuff. Only complaint is how silly hard it is to plug stuff in. The connections are in an awkward spot.

I use it mostly for my digital audio workstation to fit everything into one window visibly and it works great for that. The downside is pretty much everything I need to read on the screen is teeny tiny so it took some configuring different apps before I got it working well for myself, but that's what happens when you squeeze that many pixels into 32 inches!

However colors out of the box where off, you would have to adjust them. Another issue for my was viewing angles. They are awful, and because the monitor is so big and flat, only the center will look ok, whereas the sides will look terrible washed out.
