I bought this to connect to my laptop for teaching classes via Zoom during distance learning. The size and picture quality is outstanding and no I miss it when I am only using my 15 inch laptop by itself! Literally just plug and play.

Great Affordable 4k monitor (depending on use)

I love this 4k monitor, I love it so much I bought a 2nd. However, you have to be aware the color accuracy on this is good but not amazing. I'm using these as vertical monitors with my MacBook Pro for programming and terminal output so that's not an issue, but I will watch movies and videos and stuff on them occasionally and they're great for that. If you need color accuracy, spend the extra on something else, but if you want a monitor that looks good is bright, is mountable, and fits a setup well, I can't recommend it enough. Just do yourself a favor and get a DisplayPort cable for this, HDMI port is only HDMI 1.4, but it does have Display Port 1.2 ports so you have get 4k@60fps.

Hello all, I got the Samsung - 32” ViewFinity UJ590 Monitor, in fact the BestBuy's salesman gave a lot of info and advice in how to get a "good" monitor, and he was right. FACTS : That monitor images are excellent / sharp / UHD, I had other brands that didn't have such image quality, colors are superb, easy to install, responsive, and very affordable... Thanks Best buy. SD

Okay, so it’s not a 32” 5k display from Spple with 250ppi retina resolution. But - for $390 bucks it’s a decent 4k 200ppi with 2 hdmi and a DisplayPort input. 60hz at 4k on HDMI2 only, but still decent - 60hz at 4k on DisplayPort. It’s a large format, good resolution, good price. Bought my third one for my wife - the other two have been online for over a year without issue. Now - if only they could increase the poi # and compete against the Apple Studio Dispkay at this price - this would be the perfect monitor.

I'm a developer and needed a big screen for coding. The monitor is 32 inch and I get more screen space becz it's 4k. The colors are good and only complaint I have is that the monitor is not adjustable.

Made this purchase from my wife’s business. Absolutely stunning resolution. I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone that requires a large monitor to see things. It was a great choice. Would buy again.

The size and the resolution of this monitor are perfect for our creating and editing of embroidery designs. We needed a large and sharp display to ensure the designs were accurate.

Works pretty good, sometimes resolution drops here and there but might be more of the software I tend to use. Really good, only complaint as this version doesn't have integrated speakers.

I use dual 24 inch monitors at work, and really like having plenty of area to work between documents and web pages, etc. Rather than go that route at home, I decided to try a 4k monitor. I used a 42 inch for a while, but that was just a little too large - I was constantly swiveling my head around from corner to corner. I decided to try out this Samsung 32 inch, and it's just about right. It also has a feature I expect to use quite a bit when hacking around on Raspberry Pi projects - you can do 'picture by picture' and have both systems up on the screen. I can put the Pi in a quarter of the screen and have my primary machine take up the rest. It's very good for how I work.

If you're just looking to get some more visual screen real estate for your 4K capable laptop or Chromebook, this is a great model. Very repsonsive, good color detail, and allows for great multi-tasking if resolution is set correctly. I have not tested it for gaming purposes since this is my primary work monitor so it is used mostly for spreadsheets, email, and the occasional Adobe CC work. I've had zero issues with it and it is intuitive to setup.

Samsung does it again. This model has rich 4k picture perfect colors. I wanted to move up from a 24 in. and checked out my options for a 32 inch. I'm very happy with this Samsung monitor once getting it home. Right away it was a perfect picture using 4k. Movies are dynamic to watch. Text was clear and easy to read on the web and mail. No doubtI made the right decision at a great price for all this monitor has to offer. I would recommend this Samsung model over all others.

Stunning, Crisp Monitor by A Brand We All Love

I used to have a 28 inch monitor that was 2560 x 1440 and the extra resolution over 1080p was nice. I bought this and have had it for some months now. First off, 32" is huge for a monitor and most people will think it's a TV. 4k is amazing for a monitor and gives you much increased productivity and a new high definition crisp that is night and day from 1080p. The price is more than fair for what this is.Monitors are a better choice than using a cheaper TV in place, as long as you aren't after something larger than 32". Home entertainment, work, or gaming this monitor won't let you down.

This monitor was easy to setup and works well with my Mac Mini. It is sharp, but I do wish that I could adjust the color to be a little warmer than what appears possible.

I've been searching for a monitor to use while I dock my MacBook Pro 16" in my office to do media work like photography and video editing and found this one. After much research, I bit the bullet and got this monitor. After two weeks of having this monitor, I have to say this monitor is fantastic and does the job very well. A lot of screen space to multi-task and have multiple windows open without compromising the whole screen (subjective obviously). The color gamma is slightly different to the MBP so there's needs to be a little bit of adjusting to get the gamma as close as possible to the MBP. Besides that, it's awesome. If you are going to use this with the MBP, make sure the HDMI adapter you use is 4K/60hz compatible to get optimal performance, if not, with 30hz is going to look "choppy".

This is an excellent monitor for working from home. The only downside is that it doesn't have built-in speakers. Works great for gaming as well with smooth 4K resolution.

This monitor is fantastic at this price point. I never even realized I needed UHD until I bought this (I just wish I had bought 2 at the holiday sale price.) My only issue is the monitor stand itself. This is a big monitor with a single (center mount) stand. As such, the stability is strong (no worries of this falling over or tipping) but since the monitor is wide there is a lot of wobble as you type which is pretty annoying. In the past I have simply mounted the monitor to an after market stand but I really get annoyed at having to fix a design issue. Other than that - this monitor is fantastic.

This is a large monitor for the money and I like it, what I don’t like is the fact that only 2nd input source for hdmi is capable for 4k while the 1st input only does 1080p. The display port is acceptable as well. You will have to get use to the toggle switch in the back to go through menu and power the monitor. PBP is good when you have administrative work to do, but I don’t recommend using it to watch a video on one side and work on another, PIP is great for that. The cooors for 4K are gorgeous running through my PS5 and I am not seeing any yellowing hues as I’ve heard from others or maybe my eyes can’t tell, but anyways, it a great monitor for the price.

Even though there’s volume control, if you want sound, you have to plug in speakers to its 3.5mm jack. Otherwise, a great monitor for the size, resolution, and price.

    32 4K monitor review

32 inch 4K screen provides 40% more viewing area than my old 27 inch 1080p monitors. It is running next to a Samsung UR55 28 inch 4K monitor which together make my productivity much higher. The only reason I want the 4k capability is to periodically edit some 4k video for my wife an see wants to see what it looks like in 4k. I do notice a little difference between the 32 and 28 4K screens. The 28 is a little sharper image and a little deeper color. I attribute that to one of two reasons. The image is spread over a larger area or I am running it through a j5Create triple display docking station with 2 HDMI ports and the Microsoft display operating systems assigns them two different device drivers.
