Love this washer. I got the matching dryer and loved it so I bought this washer. It’s great. You can’t beat the price. The capacity seems way larger that 4.0cubic ft. The plus it has an agitator so I know it’s getting the clothes clean. It holds two full size comforters easily. I cannot complain about some thing!

I have only had my machine for two weeks, but it has functioned well, thus far. It is a very basic machine, and truthfully it was my 3rd choice. My other two picks were also Samsung machines, but they were on backorder for at least 6 weeks. I just didn't want to be without a washer for that long. My priority was to have an agitator, which is why I chose this model. My last machine was a Maytag and only lasted for 5 years before the computer component went out. I had to pay $85 for a technician to tell me the parts would be $700 and were on backorder. My Maytag did not have an agitator and I swore the clothes never came out as clean. In fact, I would sometimes come across deodorant that never washed out. This machine has a smaller capacity in comparison to my Maytag, but it's not that noticeable. The exterior is very similar in size to what I had before. I never pack my washer to the brim anyway. So, in conclusion, I found myself reverting back to a simple machine with fewer features and an agitator.

I love this thing. I used to have a $900 GE washing machine with sensors that often didn't work right leaving my clothes soaking wet. This is an efficient washing machine with an agitator that gets the job done quietly. It was affordable and worth every penny.

I absolutely love my new washer!! Its so quiet and i can was much larger loads now. When the washer has finished it plays a gentle little tune and lets you know! I thought that was so cool and now i can swap them into the dryer right away because i know theyre ready!

This machine is incredible. Do not make any noise. Make sure my clothes are clean. I recommend .Affordable price .

This washer has been great! Almost two years of kids clothes and not so perfect laundry skills and it is doing a great job. Definitely would recommend. Bonus… it plays you a tune when the cycle is over, which is highly entertaining when folks think it’s a cell phone going off.

Nice washer and is super quiet, the clothes come out super clean too.

Been over 20 years since we had new units. Thesr fit through our small 30 inch door opening. Deep tub for bigger loads.mamy options for wash

Works well but a few things to keep in mind: There is no detergent dispenser. You add this to the bottom of an empty tumbler. This specific unit also does not have a visible timer and turns off when a washing cycle is complete with no visual reminder.

Samsung is a good washer but can be a little glitch and instructions are not clear. Does do a good job of cleaning.

Samung remains the best! This washer is so quiet while washing, has water sensor, and eco-smart too. Tjis washer exceeded my expectations!

Definitely more than I expected! Price point was right on even though I got it on sale but at this point I would pay the full price knowing how great this product is. I highly recommend this washer and dryer to anyone.

I really love this washer but it was delivered w/a scratch. I reached out to see if they could give me some sort of credit but never heard back. Also, the dryer and pedestal I ordered had scratches and dents.
