I helped my elderly mother purchase a washer. I was actually looking at a less expensive one for her. The associate was more than happy to assist me put he pointed out that the brand I was looking at would not last as long. (I did research on this cheaper model and the model he suggested - this Samsung. Both reviews were good.). I took the associates advice and went for the Samsung he recommended. I purchased this on a Saturday and it was delivered the following Monday. The delivery was supposed to be between 7:00-11:00 a.m. I received a call at 6:30 a.m that they were running early and will be at my Mother's house in 15 minutes. I arrived at my Mothers house at 7:00 a.m. and the installers were gone. They already removed her old washer and had her new one installed. I was very impressed how quick they got this done.

We have used the dishwasher only about two times. It seems to wash thoroughly and we like it. It was a reasonable price and we hope it will continue to do a good job and last a long time. The lid stays shut while it is operating, but we do not have any small children who would benefit from that feature.

I purchased this washer for a rental condo. Works great, and a definite upgrade from the previous machine and easy for my tenant to use. Very quiet, does everything right. I appreciated the on time delivery and professional installation team.

I like my new washing machine. It does an excellent job for cleaning clothes. The design is a little troubling. The tub is very deep, too deep for 5’2” woman. There is no tray or receptical for detergent. I liked having that it my last washing machine.

Works like a champ. After returning 2 Insignia washers. Was able to purchase this Samsung at no extra cost. Purchased this washer for my son and his young family they have ran a few loads a day and they love it.

Bought the Samsung set after having a Kenmore for yearsss, right of the bat this set shows improvement in every aspect, time, quality wash and love the simplicity of the design. I put several caps to wash with regular clothes and they came out perfect. No damage and really clean. So far the set is great! The price and home delivered free, never disappointed with Best Buy!

As of this writing, I've had this washing machine for about a month. And all I can say for sure is--so far so good. My primary complaint with it at this point is that it is stupidly deep. I am 5'4--average height for an American woman--and I can't reach the bottom of it. I had to purchase a set of "grippers" (long handled tongs) to get the stuff in the bottom. I can't be the only one this is an issue for. Whoever created this machine should really take real humans into account when designing their next washing machine.
