I've used it like 5 times and it seems fine. One load of towels left them sopping wet, but it's entirely possible - if not likely - that I messed up and got the settings wrong. The other loads were fine. Clothes clean, not loud, seems fine!

It has the agitator which is a must for me, when the load is done the clothes are wet...not saturated and it has a lock feature among many others which are so smart!!!

Easily fits quilt, blanket, sheets, and pillowcases for my queen-sized bed. Looking at the extra space left, would probably work for king-sized, as well. Lots of features and options for water temperature, level, and load type. Bonus: It's plays a cute little song for you when it's done.

Simple machine to operate, high capacity tub. Have only used it twice since purchase and satisfied, thus far. I keep being told to purchase contract which worries me, but I really can't speak on problems or repair since the unit is brand new.

I stand by the old saying "Keep it simple stupid" and this thing is simple. I just want to wash my clothes, and this machine accomplishes that with modern yet old school tech. I press the power button and turn the dial to the setting I want. Nice and easy!!
