We started looking for a washer at Best Buy, visited several other stores, then returned to BB. Although it was obvious our salesperson was more versed in electronics, he found the answers to our questions. Price was competitive, and provided by far the best purchasing experience.

I was in the market for a durable washer with e\a reasonable price . THIS Samsung was a perfect fit . It is quiet and efficient . love the quick wash feature. Plus it has an amazing warranty on the motor.

Washer was much bigger than expected and I've been enjoying it so far

Simple, understandable controls. We also wanted a machine with an agitator (yes we are old) and one that will let you select the water level. This machine hits all those check boxes and it has done an excellent job in the month or so that we have had it.

We had 2 new GE washers, neither of which worked well; in fact the 2nd one locked so that we couldn’t Hager our clothes out we are happy with the Samsung. It works well

Great washer for the price and I can fit just about everything I need to in it from king size bedding to area rugs

Excellent washer!!! Gets my work clothes clean and trust me that matters since I am a mechanic!!! Also survives overloading from kids.

This washer works well in fact this is our second one our first one was great but stopped working so we decided to get the same one again

I had front load washer . Was not happy with that one at all . I have Sumsung top load with agitator and could not be happier. Clothes comes out much cleaner without extra rinse and spin. I love having cleaner clothes without wasting more water.

This wash machine is the best with the actulater in the middle to wash the cloths clean

Great machine for the price. Handles heavy loads well and has had no issues since being purchased. Currently being used at a triplex so it has been tested well by multiple tenants

Works well but it gets off balance pretty frequently when I wash our bed sheets. I haven’t had that happen with any of the GE washers I have had.

Love the soft close lid. I had a Maytag before with no agistator, and the clothes always tangled. this machine has an agitator and there is no tangling. Love this machine.

Most people want to ho with updated or newer looking models,old school models are the best,this model here is quiet and does the job!

Good Buy. My previous washer did not have a center agitator so laundry loads would often become unbalanced. This not happened once with the agitator in this washer. I do miss the detergent dispenser.

Very good washer for your money. Like the options it gives. Only issue is the cycles seem to take longer than my whirlpool washer. And the end of cycle “melody” could be louder (but that’s nit picking).

I love my brand new samsung washer. It is quite and very efficient. My purchase was smooth and quick as well as the delivery. The price was my kinda price..Saved a lot of money instead of going to lowes like I originally was. Thanks Bestbuy

works great, perfect for a couple. I would recommend for a single or a couple. not a large family machine.

I love this washer i read a lot of reviews on this washer most of them were good so i took a chance your clothes get so clean and fresh and it is bigger than i thought and love the little tune to tell you your load is done.
