Started off with a couple of issues that seemed to have been caused by separate installation of pipes & valves. Geek Squad agent came by & corrected the things that needed to be & all is well, love this washer, highly recommend!

Excellent. Work perfectly and is not loud whatsoever.

I love the big drum, the applicator in the middle, the quite sound of the washing, the results after its finished but most of all i adore the sound that lets you know when it finish.

Affordable and easy to use. Efficient and cleans washable items as expected. Mom is very happy with this washer. She highly recommends this to those who don’t want all the confusing bells and whistles.

So far this machine works very well and is easy to use. It had a side dent when it arrived but didn't affect function of the machine. I was given a pretty good discount.

Works great, and I am so happy to not have to worry about my laundry anymore! I wish the settings stayed after each use so I don't have to worry about other family members using the wrong ones, but I'm still happy!

Love my new washer! Very big wash drum(i fit a queen comforter in it) washes clothes great. Wash cycles are a little longer than I’m used to, wish it had a count down timer for the cycles but that’s minor!

I’ve had the washer for 3 months and it’s great. I love the settings and it is really quite. Glad I went with this option.

Wanted a good quality, not expensive new washer. Had bought a used one and it lasted 5 months. Learned from my mistake. I will only buy new from now on on most appliances. Now I can do laundry with no worries!

Samsung is a leader in appliances and in electronics. Samsung washers are no different. Leaders in there business. The surprise and I know this sounds ridiculous but I would have never imagined that they would create a machine that would alert you with a song upon completion of a wash load. Simply ingenious. They washer does an incredible job. It's quite and has a anti-vibration design. A very well thought out designed washing machine. I highly recommend this product. Thanks for all your hard work.

Washes clothes well. The only issue I have is it makes noise with every selection and plays a short song after every load, which can get annoying after awhile.

We have come to value our Samsung purchases, and this washer is no exception. Seamlessly runs, washes, and spins dry the laundry very consistently.

Finally replaced the washer I’ve had since 2008. I like the auto fill feature that uses the correct amount of water for the size of load. It’s also much quieter than my old one.

This is an excellent value for Money washer from Samsung. It fits in most Laundy areas and advantages of space saver with the top load. Reliable and works like a charm

Price , features , looks and a fantastic brand support. Couldn’t ask for anything better than this product.

There are good and not so good things about this washer. Biggest pro: huge capacity. However, the wash cycles are SO LONG! Quick wash is about an hour. Also I don’t like that the softener dispenser requires the fabric softener to be diluted with water every time you use fabric softener.

As many customers do, we compared lot of other washers and chose this one as it was cost-effective. No regrets, it is serving its purpose. Efficient and easy to Use.

I never thought I could be giddy over an appliance, but I did my first load the clothes were clean and smelled fresh. My old washer was broken for so long I guess I got used to the musty odor.
