My efforts to load laundry with great care, to run the calibration procedure after each and every load, and to obtain warranty repairs have failed. Therefore, I find it necessary to shop for a replacement (despite the fact that this one is not yet paid for) and will do so tomorrow.

Samsung support is not of any help on telling me how to disable this feature, or if I can disable this feature? Other than that the washer is decent but it takes forever to wash a normal load (over an hour)!

I had the previous model for 8 years. I was hesitant to purchase the same one again, but wanted my dryer to match and have the set. I Have been pleased with this model. I’m glad they updated it and added the agitator and new settings.I’ve had it for a month and love it!
