I ordered this washer for my mom who is a senior citizen - paid the extra to have it installed, balanced and checked that it is working properly. After the first use, the washer ran the cycle without issues, but when my mom went to take the clothes out, she realized that the water did not drain completely and there was still water in the barrel. Also realized as it was running that the washer was not BALANCED and shaking a lot. So the installer missed on a few things: Did not balance, did not check if the washer was working properly and did not go over the basic functions of the machine with my mom, who again is 80 years old. So at current I am not happy. I have a service call in a few days and will update based on what transpires.

Like the dryer mind load balance be aware of needing more detergent. Has nice shutoff feature when needing to rebalance I could go without hearing the tunes at end of each cycle takes longer than my last washer but I haven’t seen any difference in costs
