Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can't believe this machine has a choice of 4 temperature settings when it's only capable of getting up to 79 F when set to hot, and the manual says the temperature range for Hot is 105° - 125 °F!!! NOTE (from manual) The temperature range for Hot is 105° - 125 °F, for Warm 85° - 105 °F , for Cold 60° - 85 °F . (Wash water temperature must be a minimum of 60 °F / 16 °C for detergent activation and effective cleaning.) I had a 35 years old Kenmore and never had any problem so no, it's not a water supply connection problem nor a water heater setting. So technically, I can only wash cold... Also the lid is made out of cheap plastic and get scratched very easily, do not put anything on it. My main regret is not having returned it when I had the possibility and choose another brand, although I would have lost money since I would have to pay for that.
