Price good and the the bad this washer takes at least 80 minutes on normal cycle. Thats crazy! So now i have the matching dryer that dries the half wet clothes quicker than the dryer by at least 20 minutes. Do not by this washer.

Its a crap shoot whether it will work or not. If I am lucky it will complete a full cycle. If I am not, it will do everything in the cycle but spin. Sometimes it gets stuck on wanting to spin but just can't get it done. I have tried opening the machine and adjusting the load, turning on and off, pausing and restarting. What a nightmare this machine has been. Will never buy again.

Have tried everything in the trouble shooting guide but issue persists. The washer is level and installed correctly. On the phone with best buy right now trying to initiate a return/refund.

It’s not like I had two bed spreads 6 bath towels and a 10 jeans! Oh and the guys who delivered didn’t stay long enough to make sure the machine was balanced.

For best performance you must install your washer on a solidly constructed floor. Wood floors may need to be reinforced to minimize vibration or unbalanced load situations.
