I made my purchase May 2021. Washer arrived as expected. It has been 18 months as of today with no issues.

This washer does not work. We have not been able to wash 1 item of clothing to this day. Bestbuy was supposed to send someone to reprogram it. So that we could use it but no one came.

Horrible, trash

Literally the day before i was selling it, the trash machine stopped draining. Impossible to open up & get unclogged.
We can imagine how it feels to have a washer that doesn't drain. We'd love to help you.

I have been calling because I am going to have to change the two products because they do not fit through the door, I will go tomorrow because I have not been able to communicate
