This is a cleaning machine. I love the large capacity. I can spend less time doing laundry and trust that it will be done right the first time. I love the man options like steam, quick wash and being able to monitor it from my smart phone. My units are downstairs, so I don't hear them when they're done, so having a notification on my phone is great. My only advice is if you're going to get this washer it has a slanted drum, you may want to purchase the pedestal. It's a large drum and you have to reach way back to get your items.

This is by far, the best washing machine that I have ever owned. It does what it says it does and promises great results, which is the truth. My favorite feature of this washer is the ability to pause the cycle and add forgotten items through the little door. You're then able to restart the cycle and go on about life. My second favorite feature of this machine is that it has a sanitize and allergen option. With a disabled son that isn't yet toilet trained, we wash a lot of clothing due to potty accidents. You can also select normal or quick wash with this machine too. It is large enough to wash a king size comforter with ease, and when I say it is clean and thoroughly washed, this is no exaggeration. I am very happy with my choice. Samsung has not disappointed me yet...I also have the matching dryer, which is also a phenomenal machine.

Lots of room for king size comforter, steam is nice for towels also, the access window on the door is great for tossing in an extra item.

Excellent Washer, Large Drum and the clothes are washed to perfection. Abundant features which with meets all of the household requirements. The ability to add clothes during the washing process is a great addition to many features they have. The washer is also more quiet.

Replaced a original front load machine with this unit. Amazing the difference in how much better this unit cleans the clothes, doesn't vibrate around the room when in spin cycle and is actually pretty quiet. The add-wash door is cool for when you find that loose sock and you've already started the washer.

This washer really gets the job done, whether I’m washing delicate loads, extremely dirty work clothes, or something the puppy peed on, this washer has the m right cycle for the job. It’s been extremely easy to use and choose the right cycle for the task required. The added steam feature helps blast out heavyweight dirt and sanitize the really nasty things. Having the add wash door is nice when you find that one sock right after you start the wash, having the ability to pause and add a sock rather than wait for the cycle to end is wonderful and truly makes organization easier. The self clean function is a nice addition allowing you to make sure your front load washer stays clean. I would definitely recommend this washer because it has the right features and works wonders.

I'm actually happy my old whirlpool's bearings, which caused the inner drum stem to bend, which bore a hole in the outter drum causing major water leak, happened. It forced me to purchase a new washing machine. After reviewing and researching I found this Add Wash by Samsung. It is Fantastic! There are so many positive things I can say about it. It's fairly quiet (my laundry room is located upstairs, and I never hear it running while in the main living area). It does a fabulous job cleaning the dirty clothes. The add wash feature it the great. I cannot tell you how many times I've started a load, only to discover one item that didn't make it into the washer. With the add wash feature it is simple to pause the wash, and toss that item through the mini door. Cutest feature has to be the little song the washer plays when the spin cycle is complete.

We have have the washer for about a month and have used most of the different cycle settings. Very easy to use. Good capacity and clothes come out great. The black stainless steel looks great in the room.

So far so good. Works well and not too loud. I like the little door to throw whatever I had forgotten in the wash. Will update if functionality stops or something breaks.

We originally bought this gorgeous washer to match our dryer and it’s honestly the best purchase ever! It comes with this small door to add in small items in to the washer after you already started it and forgot to add it to the load, which is genius because it happens all the time! It’s a super quiet washer too! The finished ringer is so playful and joyful to hear. The bonus is that you can add SmartThings cards in them! Amazing!!

I am a fan of Samsun but this washer exceed my expectations, very easy to use, the steam option is great and it is very minimal noise. Does a great job on the clothes, highly recommend.

I purchased this washer 3 years ago and I have no complains as it has performed well, clothes smell and look clean regardless of the challenge. I play soccer, basketball, and ride a MB on a trail, and this washers keeps my wardrobe and bedding 100% clean. I called Samsung days after I purchased it because there was a grinding sound during the the rotation of the rinse cycle coming from the back, but it disappeared after a few days. The technicians checked the washer in 2 different occasions because I called them twice to ensure everything was ok, and they did not find any problems. I have been very vigilant on the performance, sound, and the washer has fulfilled my expectations. The pedestal makes it a bit noise during the spin, but it’s not the washer’s fault as I tested it without it. I do the self-cleaning cycle often, clean the filter at the bottom as recommended, and barely use the quick wash as I am not sure if it puts a higher stress on the parts in its attempt to wash in a shorter period of time. I have also used so many times the small door because I forget socks or items 2 min after I start a load so that’s useful to me. I also keep the door semi-open, extract the detergent container to get rid of the water left in it after every use, and dry the rubber gaskets around the door to avoid any odors or mildew. I hope it continues to perform as it has so far; it’s an expensive machine but I’m very much in love with it because of its performance. If anything changes, I will update this review to reflect any issues.

This washer has been great. For a 4.5 Cu. Ft. washer, we can get quite a bit of clothes clean in one wash. It washes literally twice as good as the last efficiency top loader that it replaces. The electronics are very nice and user friendly. The Addwash function is handy, to be able to add a couple things in the early phases of a wash without missing a beat. It's nice to pull your clothes out of the washer and have them half dry already because the washer spins to effectively too. Also, we love the dark stainless and it being fingerprint resistant.

I just purchased this washer and already am smitten with it. It is very quiet and performs well. I purchased it mainly to wash my blankets and comforters. I couldn't wait to have it installed. My first load was a blanket that needed cleaning last year (lol). The washer I previously owned didn't allow great cleaning due to the agitator. It really was hard on my washer when I did attempt to wash the blanket. This is soooo much better. And my favorite thing is the pause, to throw in an item while wash is still going. THANKS Samsung!

First I would like to say, I have never owned a brand new washer and dryer set before. There are so many different option on this machine that I feel like my washer and dryer are now smarter than I am, and they are BEAUTIFUL. :) This machine is so quiet I barely notice it is running and my clothes are so clean! I know that sounds crazy, but I feel like my clothes get so much cleaner with this machine while using less detergent. I am so glad I made this purchase!

Got the bundle washer and dryer set definitely like it don’t really use the door on the washer to throw in clothes so that part is kindve pointless because you have to stop the washer anyways before you’re able to open that door so I just open the main door but other than that I love how they wash my clothes no problem there . There is the usual sock getting stuck in the little flap but it’s not too big of an issue as it doesn’t always happen and is like one item

My old washer was giving me issues, so I headed to Best Buy to look at the washers. With two kids in diapers I wanted one that would sanitize the diapers. After looking at multiple washers this one stood out. This washer meets all of our needs and the little door that allows you to add to your load comes in handy. I would definitely buy it again. The only downside was the professional installation. Instead of taking the time to adjust the legs and get it level, they put shims under the legs to level it. It looked horrible, so after they left, I pulled it back out and adjusted the legs. It took me less than 10 minutes to level it and get it back in place.

My dryer went out and I was in the market for a new one and might as well look into getting a new wash too. I was going to go to my local used appliance mom and pop retailer when my wife subjected that we look around for a new one in the same range. I just got a Best Buy credit card and said let's look at one there first but everything looked expensive. Little did I know that I had no knowledge of what a washer could do. So I checked out this model and fell in love with it instantly. All the functions and features are worth the money. My clothes feel fresh , clean and my water consumption is down. I would recommend this washer to anyone.

Bought these washer and dryer 2 weeks ago and they had it delivered yesterday. We love the look specially the black stainless steel and features of both. Perfect for our laundry room. But unfortunately, the washer has a dent on 1 side (left side if facing the washer) and has a scratch below the addwash door. Also the smarthome adapter door is slightly raised even if it is closed. We’re kinda disappointed to see all of these on our brand new Samsung washer. We called Bestbuy and they offered us a discount in the form of gift card or an exchange once with available stock at no extra cost. Item will be in stock on or before Jan 25, 2020 and we are willing to wait. Hopefully we can sort things out and get exactly what we paid for. Thank you Bestbuy!

This is a quiet, nice washer. There is no blue light that you can see in the picture or you can not see the inside while the door is closed. The door is black. However does a good job on cleaning. Cleaning cycles are short enough but still cleans well.
