Great product, cleans really well. We're both nurses working during this difficult time and we love our sanitation cycle. We also use high heat for shorter time periods, with similar results. Easy to use, energy efficient, and the door to add forgotten clothes we use all the time.

This washer is the best I love how it looks and especially how it works. I went to the store with the intentions of buying a Whirlpool but Samsung is so much up there in technology and there they're reviews we're all good. Now I can say for myself that I made a great purchase. It's really easy to use and runs really good.

This washer is ver quiet and very confortable to use, it takes a lot of cloth and is very gentel with the washing i would recomend it to everyone

The functionality of this washing machine is amazing: the steam feature gets out the most stubborn stains, the capacity is huge, the add later door is super helpful, and you can barely hear anything or feel any vibration while a load is washing! Will be getting the matching dryer ASAP!

Previously had a low water use top loading washer and the first time I used it, I had realized it was a BIG mistake. The clothes came out filthy. I put up with it for 3 years before I decided to buy a new washer. I did a lot of research this time. I bought this Samsung Front Load and it is AMAZING. Clothes and linens that I thought were ruined before, as they just never got clean, are now like new. This machine uses very little water and electricity and received a 50 dollar rebate from our electric company. Could also be eligible for an 85 dollar rebate from our water company but I had already received that on the previous washer and it is only one per household. This washer is quiet, love the feature where I can add laundry as someone always ends up handing just one more item. I am extremely pleased so far.

very awesome washer i got the set and they are amazing. don't forget to take off the shipping bolts. other then that i like the song it plays so smooth almost no noise when its spinning very easy to work with

Not only "looks pretty cool" but has a huge capacity and is extremely quiet. (Except for the 30 second melody to let you know the cycle is over) Would highly recommend.

This is one of the best washing machines we've ever owned. The color is quite unique and elegant. We also love the multiple settings, including steam and the ability to drop more clothes in if you forget the first time. The sound when it's finished is also better than a regular loud buzz.

Wash machine is working Great! I went to a Samsung front loader to another Samsung front loader because the machine really works. My old machine stopped spinning correctly (something wrong with the drum?).after 7 years and I'm outside the 5 year extended Bestbuy warranty period. Instead of paying someone several hundred dollars to fix it, I decided to buy a new one. Especially after the great sale. Many of the features are the same as my old one except the add-wash feature. I have used it twice already. I was happy that I was able to use my old pedals too with the new washer and dryer. It saved me almost $600. The only issue I had was that I scheduled a day for the machine to be delivered when I purchased it. I received a call 2 days (message left on answering machine) later to reschedule. When I Called back, the gentleman told me that I was still scheduled for delivery on said date but to call the day before delivery to confirm. I called the day before delivery and talked to Theresa who stated the delivery was on-schedule.. That evening, I received a call from the Bestbuy warehouse person and told me that he was calling me to rechedule my delivery as I was the one who had to change the date. I was not happy. I explained to him that Bestbuy was the one who changed the date and I called twice to confirm. After placing me on hold, he did apologize and said that the washer and dryer was not in their warehouse and it was their fault. Delivery was reschedule and that went great. I also received a call from the salesman Bill and apologized.

Just bought a Samsung Washer and Dryer set (Black stainless Steel) and we are in love with them. So many options, they are quiet and efficient, and so far have done an awesome job on the laundry. We are very pleased with our purchase!

This Samsung high efficiency front loading washer was rated one of the best. It is! Really nice looking but most of all operates quiet and cleans way way better than our old washer. It has WiFi capability that is unbelievable and controls so easy. A real solid quiet machine!

I love this item!! It is very easy and does the job. I suggest washing a few towels at least 3 times before washing your clothes for the first time. The smell of the oil(they put it to protect all new washers) will stay in the clothes. If you are not stacking the washer and dryer on top of each other, but will be stacking them on a pedestal, you won't need the stacking kits, the 2 associates sold them to me, but the installers said thats only if you are stacking them on top of each other. Also, if you get the matching dryer, make sure they add the stainless steal dryer kit, they never mentioned it to me, but the installers said, in order for the steam in the dryer to work, you need it.

I needed a mew washer after moving because the one that was left here was old and just caused more stains and destroyed my clothes. This washer is wonder. It gets your clothes really clean and the options available foe different loads is great. I also love the window feature and that it is big enough to do all my blankets comforters included . We have 6 people in the house including a 1 year old so the need for stain removal is fairly frequent. My son also loves it. He is blind and autistic and is obsessed with washers. He has done A LOT of research on washers and told me this was the one we needed (this time lol). He said we need a GE lol so we will see on that.

Even though I have read and heard about some newer models of Samsung Washers and Dryers catching on fire, We have had nothing but operation success. The machines are very quiet and they do a very good job washing and drying clothes, even when loaded to the maximum! We would recommend them to anyone!

The add an item door is awesome. I really though It was a waste when I first purchased the unit but I have used it several times since. Large capacity does a lot quickly. Suggestion add the pedestals they are well worth the cost.

This washer is much quieter than i expected. The spin cycle efficiently removes excess water without rumbling the entire house. I have 4 kids so we do a ton of laundry. So far, this machine is up to the challenge and gets everything perfectly clean.

Does a good job on all cloths and other machine washable items. Is extremely quiet and we have not had a problem with it yet. Have not had the machine for a long time so still testing and rating and checking for any leaks that other reviewers say Samsung has had.

Nice looking unit with adequate cycles of any type of wash. Purchased because of ability to add additional (forgotten or dropped) items to the load after the wash has started. Operates quietly and seems to clean efficiently.

Does a really good job. It is tall, and when you buy it with the matchingdryer, and they are sold as being able to be stacked - measure your space. We got ours delivered & stacked, and I'm too short to even see the dials on the top of the dryer. The guys in the house are now in charge of all dryer activity, not that that's a bad thing. Oh, and the chimes when it is done go on quite a while, sounds like the German Glockenspiel I've watched at Bavarian Inn in Ffrankenmuth. You do learn to ignore it.

This washer does a good job cleaning your clothes and leave your clothes feeling amazing. Yes, the washer is a little noisy, but the trade off is worth it. The capacity suits all your household needs.
