Love the design and the ease of this machine. The only downfall so far is that the top scratches easy.

I got this to replace my old GE one, which was not completing cycles anymore. I did not find this Samsung to have a lot more features than my old one. At least not enough m to impress me. On the contrary, a lot of small things annoyed me so much that decided to return it. I will try to have my old GE fixed instead. Things that annoyed me: -the sound to indicate completion of cycle was an annoying song. Not a beep. Not an alarm. An actual single-toned song that seemed to go on for 30 seconds (probably 10, but it sure seemed longer than that). -the door would lock if you didn’t remove the clothes as soon as the cycle ended. One would have to turn the machine on to unlock the door and remove the clothes. I mean, why lock it, if the cycle is complete and machine is off? -the machine scratched if you just looked at it wrong. I thought the color would be a good change, since my old one was white. But leaving the soap and softener on top of it, as I used to do with my old one, was enough to scratch it. It’s as if there is a film around it, and not hard-paint. On the positive side, BestBuy was great to deal with. I had no problem returning it. I also own a Samsung fridge and TV, and have not problems with neither.

I love it.... clothes are cleaner and the spin is so much better our clothes are dry in half the time!

We bought our first home and this was our first big purchase for it! Coming from an apartment with a dinky washer/dryer combo, anything would have been better but this was a great buy, fits perfectly stacked in our space, has several settings, is quiet, and washes well. The only downside is that water gets built up in between the door and seem area so you have to make sure to dry it after each wash and leave the door ajar overnight to air out as I imagine (and the guy who set it up confirmed) that mold can grow if it's not tended to.

I love this washing machine, it is extremely quiet and works great! It was priced very reasonably as well.
