Works well. I have had no issues with it. I like the non agitator one

This machine has a large capacity but the tune it plays at the end of the cycle is annoying and can’t be turned off. It doesn’t seem to thoroughly spin clothes. Mine feel wetter compared to my old machine so it takes longer in the dryer.
We can feel the dissatisfaction you have with this washer. We are here to assist you in every way possible.
We understand how bothering this end-of-cycle tune is but this is set to make sure that the customer will be notified in the best way possible and it is unchangeable.
We recommend checking the resources below for steps to take when the washer cycle takes longer than usual. Please watch the video and kindly click on the embedded words for more details.

I bought this washer in early December 2021 and was super excited given my prior washer was 25+ years old. loved the quietness of the machine until I received the error code 8c. In January 2022 the code first appears and has continued since. This has made the washer run louder and basically just stop after the wash cycle. We then have to turn the power off and do the rinse/spin cycle separately after the wash cycle. The manual doesn't even address this error code. Geek squad just left and said a part had to be ordered and they'll replace it when it comes in. We shouldn't have to go through this after barely a month of having the machine. If the sensor doesn't fix the problem I will probably exchange the washer and the matching dryer we bought for a different brand. Disappointed in Samsung to say the least.
We are glad to know that you are using one of our Samsung washers. Your satisfaction is our topmost priority and we apologize for the inconvenience of the washer stops and getting an error code. You can usually resolve error codes (also displayed as blinking lights) with a few simple steps.

This is my 2nd Samsung style washer purchase. I was replacing my dryer but decided to upgrade and replace my washer as well. It’s the same kind but an upgraded version. I love it just the same as the other. Of course I love the singing alert when the load is complete.
Broke within 15 days of use. Best Buy is replacing

I purchased this washer based on the high number of 5 star reviews. I am sad to say that 1) this washer cannot handle large loads, and 2) mine literally broke within 15 days of purchase. The tub will no longer spin / move - and there was an electrical smell / burn-out smell. For better or worse, I am actually having this washer REPLACED with the same model hoping that the new one does not break. I will wash smaller loads now. My other washer lasted ten years - this is ridiculous, really. I looked at a LOT of washers on this website and thought I was getting a solid washer. Not the case.
We want you to enjoy doing the laundry, LarryC. Let's go ahead and check some potential fixes for your washer.
Whether the washer tub is not spinning, kind of spinning, won't stop spinning, has an unbalanced load error, or just runs way too long, the troubleshooting is the same. Please check these links for details.
