This machine uses less water than my old one but holds more clothes, seems to cause less wear n tear, is very quiet ....and still all the clothes are super clean. the only drawback i can find is that i don't understand what amount of soap to put in for half or quarter loads.

I love the new washer, huge tub, very quiet and gets the clothes very clean. I would say I had a horrible experience with the subcontractor hired by Best Buy to install as they broke my flush pipe. But the washer is great!

This unit replaces my 18 year old clothes washer. I was tired of the old unit rattling my house when it tried to spin a load that became unbalanced. Best Buy's recent sale made this purchase pretty painless. The Samsung unit holds about 3 times as much laundry as my old unit and washes it without hardly making a sound. Now I'm wondering why I waiting so long to replace my old "clunker". I haven't yet explored all the options the Samsung offers, and I'm pretty sure there are many more options than I will be able to find a use for; however it does what I need it to do and does it very well.

I am amazed at how clean and stain-free our clothes are now that we have a Samsung top-loader washing machine. It does a thorough job no matter which setting I use. Very quiet and easy to use. Would highly recommend this particular brand!

This is an excellent top loader washing machine. The barrel is very large- holds large loads (one load vs. two loads in our previous washing machine). Very user friendly and excellent features. Quiet machine when washing.

I was a little nervous buying a new washer b/c everyone was telling me contradicting things...for every positive review there would be a negative one. But this washer seemed like a good deal and I'm so glad I bought it. First of all it can hold a LOT of clothes which means fewer loads. I know a lot of people complained that there isnt a lot of water and that the loads take longer however thats kinda the point of an HE washer. Everything is still coming out clean (and I have a puppy so you would know if it wasn't clean) and it tells you exactly how long it will take. I also like that I can load the washer in the morning and select delayed start so it will be done right when I get home from work instead of wet clothes sitting in the washer for hours.

We just replaced an energy efficient washer (another brand) with the Samsung washer. This machine works great and handles very large loads. The clothes come out smelling great and clean too! The electronic controls are easy to use. If you are in a hurry it has a fast wash cycle. It also tells you how much longer the cycle will last before it is finished washing (which helps). Very pleased with the quality and features on this Samsung washer.

This washer runs with little noise, is easy to use, and has a large tub to hold a very large load of clothes. The washer does a good job, and washes in approx 50-55minutes. I have been pleased so far!

I have had this unit along with the matching dryer for a couple of months now. It has worked perfectly. With the aquajet, things get washed very well. The only balance issue I have had was when I was trying to wash three large blankets, some towels and a pillow at the same time and my fiance did not distribute them evenly when they were loaded int he washer. I have washed that many items before, you just need to evenly distribute the items when loading, and I usually drop the speed down to low or moderate depending on how heavy a large load like that might be when wet. Paired with some cold water tide, this thing cleans my clothes better than my previous washers and they come out nice and soft. My only concern is that I read the electronics and soap tray have had long term problems in previous models, but I bought the Geek Squad protection for those purposes.

I wash my bed (including pillows) every other week, this washer made my life much easier. It is really spacious, full of operating modes and very quite. I highly recommend it for everyone.

Very nice. Extremely attractive. Very quiet, gets clothes very clean and spins nearly dry. It has a huge capacity. The tub is so deep that I do have trouble reaching small clothing items on the very bottom. Overall great.

Washer was efficient, easy to use and has big capacity...This model made washing fun that's why everyone in my family love it!!!

I LOVE this washer! Ignore the naysayers who state a top loader does not clean your clothes, it is not true! It is huge, does a GREAT job, and is nice and quiet and aesthetically pleasing as well. GREAT MACHINE!

Unit is efficient, good cleaning and low noise. The loader is big enough to hold alot more clothes then my older machine

Washer is phenomenal. Extremely efficient, makes almost no noise while running. Okay thing to note is that it is very deep. Shorter people may have a little trouble reaching in to get all the clothes

Quiet operation and gets clothes clean. Holds a lot of clothes and really cuts laundry time even though it takes longer per load. Short term evaluation is great. Don't know about long term yet.

I have owned regular top loading washers, a couple of front loading washers and now the "no agitator" washer. This washer is by far the best washer I have ever owned. The washer is quiet, has little jingles when the cycle is done, the cloths come out clean and fresh smelling. I use the same detergent and softener I have always used so that isn't the difference, it's the washer! Great job Samsung!

Works great; very clean clothes no soapy residue, etc. GREAT capacity!!! But, as a short person, it is very deep and I have a hard time getting small items out of the bottom.
