After checking online reviews I decided to go to Best Buy and purchased it. Once I set it up and made some minor adjustments, tested a Blu Ray disc. The sound is incredible, the movie's main theme came out loud and clear. The picture looks great. I highly recommend this Samsung television.

Something of good quality, great picture asnd has the additional perk of having Samsung TV Plus. The sleep timer is the only thing that i have issue with. You have to engage it by on screen manipulation. It is not a feature on the remote control

I had some trouble with operation and came into the store on Colorado Blvd. and the the sales person was very helpful and when I asked about your return policy he assured me there would be no problem even without the box it came in. That was very reassuring and I've actually been very happy ever since. thank you

This looks pretty great for a cheaper tv. A little slow clicking buttons and scrolling. Luckily we don’t doomscroll to watch something in bed. Worst part for us is having to go into settings every night to set the sleep timer… terrible oversight. Don’t expect this to be an amazing picture, it’s not made to be a cinematic experience, but it can be very colorful and clear.

I now have 3 Samsung tvs. My only complaint is that there are only 2 HDMI connections and there is no small square sound connection. My older 32" Samsung had more outlets on the back. Still have not figured out how to hook up my Boise sound bar. Good customer service.

Have to stand a certain place in the room to prevent our other Samsung TV from coming on/off when we are turning our new Samsung TV on/off. We are getting used to it but it is a bit of a nuisance. The Samsung representative said the TVs are located too close together although they are in different rooms.

Has top streaming sites already installed though. Speaker sound could be better. Great TV for price for Cable/Antenna viewing, would have given a five star rating if wasn't for just basic Smart TV features.

Thank you for reaching out. Please know you can absolutely add apps that are not pre-loaded to the Home Screen. To do so, please follow the below instructions:
1. From the Home screen, navigate to Apps and then select the desired app.
2. You can also select Search on the left side of the screen to search for a specific app if you can’t find the app you want. Enter the name of the app you’d like to search for, then select it when it appears.
3. Select Install. When the installation is complete, the Open menu appears.
4. Select Open to run the app immediately
To improve your sound, try different Sound Modes (Standard, Optimized, Amplify), or fine-tune your setup in Expert Settings under: Settings > All Settings > Sound
Samsung Q- and S-Series Soundbars with Q-Symphony can also pair with your TV for enhanced audio.

40 in Samsung TV is Perfect

The remote is easy to use and the picture on the TV is crisp and vibrant. The TV was purchased during a big sale so the price was great! Samsung TVs are loaded with great features and this one did not disappoint.

This is our 4th Samsung TV in the last 20+ years as we keep updating due to size or technology. This is replacing the TV in my bedroom. It was easy to set up, and has an amazing picture. The picture is crisp and clear. My old TV was a 32 inch TV so I bought a slightly bigger TV. I love it in the bedroom as it's the prefect size for the size of the room.
