Thank you for your feedback on the AU8000 TV's sound quality. I recommend reaching back out to the local Best Buy where you purchased your TV to set up a Geek Squad appointment.
While you await an appointment, there are a few troubleshooting steps that can help with the sound on your TV.
First, let's make sure your firmware is up to date, as the most recent update helps with performance. To update your firmware, go to Settings > Support > Software Update. You can easily update from there if you need to.
Next, you can adjust the sound settings to suit your personal sound preferences to tune the sound. You can change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.
You can customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings.

Difficult setup, overcomplicated, very very very slow on load and processing, glitchy, poor UI, volume button keeps malfunctioning on the remote requiring system resets (which requires all manners of app re-authentications). I have 3 Samsung devices, all are subpar with this being the absolute worst.
