Very thin which was great for mounting on a wall. The sound quality is ok - for a guest bedroom TV with occasional use it's fine. If you're going to use the TV constantly, some may prefer a sound bar as being just over an inch thick, there's only so much you can get out of the speakers. As always, Samsung put as much bloatware and apps that you don't need and can't remove as they possibly could fit into this TV.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung 43" AU8000 Crystal UHD TV and for sharing your review. Your feedback regarding the preinstalled applications is important to us and will be shared with our product teams.
There are some recommended apps that cannot be deleted but can be removed from the Home screen.
1) Press the Home button to open the TV's Home screen menu.
2) Navigate to select APPS, and then select the Settings icon in the top right corner.
3) Next, select the app you want to delete.
4) Finally, Select Delete, and select Delete again to confirm.
