The sales person at Northgate was extremely helpful. My TV broke on Super Bowl Sunday and I needed one. The TV that I chose was out of stock at Ngate, but he called the Lynnwood store and had one held for me. I drove up there an purchased it. Excellent customer service at both stores, and I didn't miss the game!!

We spent $100 more for the upgraded Samsung TV; since the quality of the picture was far superior. It is worth the money.

This TV is really nice. The color and sound quality are great. It is the first Smart TV we have had and it took a little bit to learn how to use it, but it was fairly easy to do. I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone who is looking for an affordable high quality TV.

Price isn't the primary reason to shop at BestBuy. It's the quality of the sales people on the floor, who are knowledgeable, only want to sell you what works for you and amazingly helpful. With our salesperson's help, we bought the perfect TV for us. No attempt to upsell, just what we needed.

Good quality reasonably priced TV. Use it for tailgating. No issues. I like the stand can easily come off and on as it is not secured on with any types of screws.

Easy to set up-works well with our existing equipment

5 years ago a 4K TV under $500 would suffer from weak sound, low contrast picture and slow processors. This TV is great with wonderful picture, booming sound and super quick processing. Using Xbox Game Pass allows you to get your game on when not relaxing watch TV or other media. Awesome TV

So far we are very happy with this tv. We have bought Samsung tv's for years and they seem to be always reliable and of very good quality.

The picture on this television is great and the size is perfect for the room I have it in. This is my second Samsung TV and have the other one in my living room.
