    Beautiful tv but pretty upset it came WITHOUT a no gap wall mount kit. Only received, one connect and a bag of wires that included (what is labeled as) "BRKT - wall rear right" and "BRKT - wall rear left". Where is the actual mount?? Sadly will have to return this upcoming weekend and probably wont repurchase.

The 2021 Frame TV includes the new Slim Fit Wall Mount, which is the 2-piece set of brackets in which you are referring to. The Slim Fit Wall Mount brings your TV flush against the wall for a minimalist look that blends seamlessly into any interior. Additionally, the Slim Fit Wall Mount's swivel bracket will allow you to rotate your TV up to an additional 10-15 degrees. If the wall mount template was not included with your TV, we ask that you please contact Samsung Customer Support for one, as this will assist you in installation of your TV's wall mount.     The idea to get this TV is to hang it like a canvas on the wall...But please beware that you will have to dangle the visible fiber optic wire down which DEFEATS the purpose of this large amount of money you pay for the "Canvas/picture" style . The wire is NOT in-wall fire rated and Geek squad refused to install it in wall and Samsung DOES NOT offer it which blows my mind...I ended up returning it.

    Bought a open Box and it didn’t come with the frame. It said on the box all parts are included.

    I'm tech savvy, and this TV is still HARD

    I'm a pretty tech savvy guy and I still can't even get half of this TV's features to work on any given day: Google Chromecast disconnects the moment I activate the HDMI connection, the phone app SmartThings is finnicky based on when I want to change the TV artwork, the free TV artwork is a joke and never updates, multi-view never works the way I want it to, and the smart menu has an unremovable sponsorship bar. Ridiculous. A first generation model I'd be OK with, but years later, this still feels under developed on the UI/UX side.

    shuts off randomly, cant do anything. sometimes turns on for 10 min then shuts off again. returning. customer service was not helpful. drove over 2 hours which was wasted.

      Hi HA90,

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Frame TV and for sharing your experience with your TV turning on/off on its own. Please first ensure the ECO sensor is not causing dimming or flickering. The ECO sensor automatically adjusts the brightness level of the TV according to the ambient light level which may cause your TV screen to look as if it is powering on and off.

      Disable Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer by going to: Settings > General > Power and Energy Saving > and adjusting the Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting.

      Please also make sure the motion sensor is not blocked at the front bottom of the TV. The motion sensor as well as the brightness and color tone of the screen can be affected. Some things to consider when using Motion Sensor:
      1) If the surrounding area is too dark or bright, the motion sensor may not work normally.
      2) The performance of the motion sensor may be affected by the installation environment (height, tilt, obstacles).
      3) If the clothes you wear or your skin color is similar to the surrounding shading, the motion sensor may not work properly.
      4) The TV responds to all visual changes around it (lights, displays, dogs, out-of-window changes, and other occurrences).
      5) You can adjust the response level by adjusting the sensitivity of the motion detector. Go to: Home > Art > Settings > Motion Detector

      If the ECO sensor is disabled and motion sensor is unblocked and the issue persists, please try these troubleshooting steps:
      1) Check the One Connect Connection Cable for damage and proper connection.
      2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it) or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable.
      3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
      4) If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware by enabling Auto Update: Settings > Support > Software Update > Auto Update (you will need to be connected to the internet for this to work)

      If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV may need service. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you towards a solution or replacement.     Best TV I’ve ever gotten, and the solar remote is a nice plus. My only regret is not getting a bigger size, and maybe the fact that a lot of the art is hidden behind a paywall. Doesn’t bother me enough to detract from my love for it.

    Great TV after you have it set up

    I got this TV for an area of our house where generally we listen to music and cook. I wanted a TV for projecting recipes, watching while cooking etc. I did not want to look at a black box ever in this room, so the frame was a perfect solution. Mostly I have uploaded my own art images but it's nice to be able to buy images as well. I love rotating the art and having different stuff to look at all of the time. I do have a few complaints... the very buggy app ( I am using on a competitor's mobile device so maybe that is the issue). It was a hassle to hang (PLEASE redesign the brackets for future iterations) and expensive to wire up - but i knew that going in to it.

    It has a nice picture and automatically repeats the series of pictures you upload after they have played. Only thing I didn't like is it doesn't automatically repeat for videos. I got this so I could see pictures and videos for my dog that recently passed. It's nice to see his pictures and videos. I wish that it also had more ability to play pictures and videos at different speeds.
