The only complaints from him are that interface is a bit funky and the remote has too many buttons. I personally don't find anything wrong with it.

Not all 4k tv's are the same. You can buy a cheaper brand, but you get what you pay for. Not a whole lot more, but such a better TV. Great color and brightness, the remote control could be a bit more user friendly.

Even though I don't get a 4K input from my cable, the upscaling definitely make the picture better. TV also has noticeably improved smart tv interface and OS from my few year old smart TV. Excellent TV for the price.

I love the picture quality and the preloaded streaming apps. Also impressed with the reception for air streamed channels.

I don't have time to write a long dissertation on the product. Just that I bought it because I researched it and the Samsung Crystal UHD Smart Tizen TV has lived up to its reputation. He has never had a smart TV before and he’s loving all the apps on his TV. He can go from Netflix to Hulu to even Disney+ in a couple clicks of the remote. I’m Happy he’s happy.
