Simple, without a bunch of apps on the screen. However, the picture quality is average, not as expected for a high definition TV. Also, we had to call in the experts to get the TV to communicate with the xfinity cable box. I guess the xfinity system wasn't ready for a non smart TV. The TV is lightweight, and looks good on the stand that's included in the box. The TV should install easily once the mounting bracket is purchased and installed on the wall. Be advised that two different size screws will be required to attach the TV to the mounting bracket!

As all of the smart features are in support of the primary function. By which I mean, that once it has been set it up to display what you want. Upon turning it off and back on it won't kick you to some entertainment hub to have you navigate back to the tv setting. But allows you to select the app you want if want to use them Instead of the tv's primary function.
