Hoping it's dependability is as good as the Samsung it replaced. Seems a little difficult to navigate with the remote without a manual. I'm elderly & not too tech savvy. Had some issues when my internet service was down. Had to temporarily switch to 'Air TV' & back when service was restored. A manual is available on-line.

Simply put, we made a Best Buy again. No we don´t own stock or work there, we just like to shop where they have great prices and stand behind their products. The people that work there are trained very well which is not the case in lots of places we shop . This makes it a very pleasant experience for us. Thank you again.
