Good tv, Samsung TV apps disappointing.

Selection takes forever to open and close apps or navigate. If you use something like Apple TV or Roku it’s not an issue.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with lag time when utilizing apps on your Samsung TU690T TV. To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

Instead of installing the legs that came with the TV, I purchased a height-adjustable table-top swivel TV Stand for more stability. Why would anyone pay for cable television with all the LIVE TV features that come with this device! My antenna works perfectly with this device.
