Great picture with a terrible OS/Interface

Will freeze up for about 10 seconds frequently when you input a command. The interface overall is very crude and non intuitive even for someone very tech savy. Again.....it is fine for the price. Just expect a very glitchy/hangy OS.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your TV freezing. To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
