I have everything Samasung, from phone to fridge. Their products are well made and last through heavy use. I am disabled and have periods of bedridden pain and weakness, so I tend to watch a lot of TV. Our Samsungs have lasted for many, many years.

TV itself is great. Good color, clarity and price.

This one is nice, great picture and nice features but it flickers when on the FiOS STB. The hdmi cables were upgraded to support 4K. Makes no sense. I don’t see myself buying another Samsung product. Stick with Sony. Or LG if you want a less expensive option.

Make sure that your external device is connected securely and turned on. Move to Sources to switch to other input sources: Source > Sources.
Using HDMI Troubleshooting, you can check the connection to the HDMI cable and external devices (it takes approx. 2 minutes). Source > Connection Guide > Video Device > HDMI Troubleshooting.
