It's not often that I get Samsung product that does not work well. Well, here I am, with this dud of a tv. It takes forever for the t.v. to recognize the button presses on my remote. I have also needed to reset my t.v. a number of times, and when I do, I have to reset it again, because it stops recognizing the sound bar. This t.v. aggravates me to no end.

Fully capable of everything I needed it for and that was to be used in our guest bedroom and internet ready so we could get rid of our cable box and just use the app. Hung on the wall to open up the room and got rid of some bulky furniture.

Especially for the price that I paid. It is used in my bedroom, so I use it infrequently. My disappointment was in the initial set-up. Set up was not totally intuitive and there are no printed instructions. Instructions are digitally incorporated somewhere within the TV. Thank God for YouTube. Found alot out there that was helpful.

Not a good one

Have been a big fan of Samsung but this one a dud. Switched multiple hdmi(3), a new cable box and still says source cannot be found. Called customer service twice. Will taking it back.

Please go to the Connection Guide for details Source > Connection Guide.
Make sure that your external device is connected securely and turned on. Move to Sources to switch to other input sources: Source > Sources.
Using HDMI Troubleshooting, you can check the connection to HDMI cable and external devices (takes approx. 2 minutes). Source > Connection Guide > Video Device > HDMI Troubleshooting.
Also, please check the broadcast signals or the network that is connected to your external device.

Thank you for sharing your experience with Internet connectivity. If you’re experiencing issues with the Wi-Fi connection, we suggest you try the following:
1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
You can enable automatic updates for convenience.
Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
