About 15 to 20 seconds of the loud sound, the TV would restart to the home screen. Of course Best Buy has a 14 day window to return. Missed it by 5 days. Very disappointing being out $280.00. It is basically worthless.

NO streaming!!!

All I get is the buffering circle going around and around. It is a worthless tv if you stream.

Thank you for your purchase and feedback on the TU690T TV. Please know that your TV has a built-in app store with hundreds of apps available for download, which we frequently update with new apps. To search and download these apps, go to Home> Apps> Then search the app store.
I also recommend enabling auto updates on the Firmware, so you do not miss any new software updates. Go to Home> Settings> Support> Software Update> Auto Update> Enable.

BEWARE SERIOUS VOLUME PROBLEMS

This happens daily.
