Have one in my TV room. Picture is good. Sound is a little tinny but got it where I want it. You have some controls but not the amount you find on high end TV’s. Easy set up. The set is not heavy. Easy to pickup for a 71yr. old. Great purchase for $279 on sale!!

If something is wrong with TV, the customer would have to wait for another appointment for something that takes <10 minutes. This is ridiculous & robbing customers. This is your TV & I paid for delivery & installation.
