I previously had a Samsung smart tv I purchased 2years ago on black Friday and it was on the fritz. This one blows it out of the water. It has great picture quality and it navigates the apps and menu super fast. Not to mention it got a great open box price on it. I can't understand why anyone would have returned it.

Televisions and price have come a long way. You don't have to break the bank for a great TV anymore. The picture quality and sound for this 4k ultra HD is unbelievable. Watching movies and sports isn't the same anymore. You feel like you're there.

This Samsung TV has all the new features I was interested in built into this model. Easiest set-up I've ever done with the TV and remote taking care of the various settings and wi-fi connections. Turn the television on, follow the instructions, and a few minutes later, everything was up and operating perfectly.

Picture is great, easy to understand instructions , like the fact that it has multiple connection outlets

It's been a while since I've purchased a new TV (9 years? Main TV was a 50" Panasonic 720P Plasma that was purchased for about $3K!). Holy Hannah is there a difference!! I love the colors, the clarity and detail is outstanding, and all for less than 1/4 or what I paid for an "upper level" set 9 years ago! The remote could be a bit more intuitive, but with our X1 remote, no need for it. This set rocks! Can't wait to watch the Superbowl!

I have tried the much more expensive 8000 and 8500 series TV from Samsung, but I ended up with this one. The picture quality looks identical. (Although you can't get it as bright) There is absolutely no back light bleed like on the 8000 and 8500 Great for gaming. Reasonably priced.

Bought this to replace a 6 year old Toshiba 40" LCD. Couldn't be happier! Picture is great, everything I hoped it would be and more! If you're looking for an affordable but high quality unit, look no further! Samsung for the win

Very good picture. I found the sound adequate wthout a sound bar. The remote is not very user friendly, several functions have no raised buttons which makes it difficult to operate in low light or without reading glasses for us older viewers. I like everything except the remote.

I never thought about a 4K tv. After much consideration and reading reviews, I purchased one. The color is phenomenal! The sound is ok. It's a little low but,I would recommend a soundbar. The quality of the this tv is superb! It's well worth the price, get it on sale though.

Owned this TV approximately one month. At first, I wasn't to sure. Almost brought it back. Issue for me was screen judder watching standard cable TV shows and commercials. But was able to overcome it by tweaking the out of box configuration (I googled the issue). Color and picture quality are pretty good. For the price I paid ($650-49 in), I'm satisfied. But be prepared to tweak it a bit.

Look, picture, sound.....superb. This tv is sleek, even the remote is awesome.

We have a large Samsung TV in one room. When our older plasma TV went out in another room we KNEW we wanted to replace it with another Samsung smart TV. We are satisfied with the picture color & sharpness from any angle in the room. No regrets for sure .

This is my 3rd Samsung TV, the other 2 are working great still as well and I've had them for 5 years. I tried Sony and Vizio before and didn't like there pictures so I sent them back. Even thought their refresh rates were the same they weren't as clear.

Recently purchased a Sony and two months later this Samsung. It is just as clear with true black depth. 4K looks like you could reach out and touch for real. Setup was done by Geek Squad. Very easy manuvering the menu. Switching to internet and DVD player.
