Amazing picture quality and surprisingly good speakers. We did hit a bit of a snag during setup where the speakers didn't seem to be working out of the box. Don't panic if this happens to you; just update your software and it should work fine. This monitor does it all. I bought it for my girlfriend's home office to replace her bronze age setup. But when she doesn't need it, I like to watch TV or play games on it.

Reviewing this at just under (1) year of owning it. This monitor is gorgeous, and that’s about all it has going for it. I’ve had countless problems with this monitor from day 1, like screen flickering & random color distortion. Not to mention all of the absolutely useless ‘smart’ features that the monitor includes that only serve to gum up the UI and slow down any user navigation. Switching inputs is an actual joke as you have to go to the main menu of monitor and then navigate to inputs and the UI is just slow and choppy at times. And now, at just less than a year of owning the product, the panel glows bright white when turned on, flickers a few times on/off then goes black indefinitely. I’ve seen this issue online for several others after their warranty went out. Thankfully I’m still within the year with the manufacturer, but even then I’ve had such a poor experience with this monitor I just want my money back for something else. I paid $1100 for it on sale and it’s crazy to me how many useless “features” are packed into this monitor just for the baseline experience of how you’d expect a monitor to function, to absolutely suck. I’ve had other Samsung monitors in the past that work just fine because they’re just that. A monitor. Nothing with all of these gimmicks. Again besides being a gorgeous display when it does work, I could not ever recommend this monitor to anyone given my experience and seeing so many others share the same struggles online.

This an overall great monitor. Gaming es excellent. For productivity is great and easy to setup several windows in this thing than having sevral monitors. I do wish that texts would look a bit sharper though. But overall it is great.

Display looks amazing compared to my old LED display. Samsung uses the OS from their TVs in their monitors which is a bit weird but okay once you figure it out. Its like a TV first, monitor 2nd. The speakers arent that good which is why I give it a 4/5.

Perfect screen for a car simulator. Really good quality and resolution. It is a smart device so you can sync stream providers and watch some shows. Only downside was the fact that screen reduces the size for videos to keep a good resolution.

Amazing monitor i have no complaints except that the display port wire that came with it was faulty and caused some wierd artifacts change the wire no problems what so ever only reason for 4 star

This monitor looks amazing. It'll take a bit to get used to the text on this screen if you're coming from a regular LED monitor, but eventually you get used to it and it's great. I don't use mine much for gaming mainly productivity. The 49 inch size is perfect for that. Taking one star off for Tizen OS which is the smart TV operating system on this display. Very cumbersome and unnecessary on a computer monitor.

Great quality and no issue so far, easy to use and setup. It’s very light to handle by yourself and it turns into TV. The curve is not ideal for gaming, should be at least 1000R so I don’t have to adjust my eyes sight when looking at the corners. The Neo G9 has better curves that this one and at 1ms respond time, is a win. The interface is great and better than the last generations. Remote is nice but doesn’t have a button to change the source to quickly change from PC to TV, kinda annoying. The height of the monitor is too short

Using this 49" oled for my racing simulator. Has exceeded my expectations. I wish the menu system was better as it functions more like a tv than a hi end monitor but this thing is a beast. Perfect picture. Id run 3 of them if I had a video card that could do it. :)

This monitor is insane. The OLED panel really makes the colors pop with HDR. It is truly an immersive experience. I use a 3080 TI, and while it does not usually push over 110fps on high settings, the 240hz refresh rate combined with the low input latency really makes it feel buttery smooth. The Ergotron – HX HD Premium Heavy Duty Gaming Monitor Arm on Amazon was what I used instead of the included stand, and I love it. I was originally on the fence about this, but I am glad I purchased it. Definitely wait for a sale however, 1200$ for this feels about right.

LITERALLY the best monitor money can buy. It's an OLED so its not as bright as you would think but because it ultimately has an infinite depth to the inky black, that plus the lower brightness make for an amazing monitor with a huge range of color.

Probably the best OLED monitor for simulator games and the immersion with the color accurate display. Some games dont support ultrawide aspect raito 32:9 but when they do. The games feel awesome to play on.

Works great! I love the oled and it really brings out the colors in your games. Personally it’s honestly a little on the large side for competitive games other than racing and mobos, but it hasn’t done me wrong. I use a ryzen 7 7800x3d and a rx 7900xt and it’s a good set up. I would recommended for nvidia graphics however but either way its great

I play flight simulator and this monitor is all I need. Wow I am very happy

First I have to say this monitor is massive!!! I love every bit of this monitor to the point I had to tailor my desktop to the quality of the screen. I mainly bought it for gaming and work. Just wish the price was a little for what it is worth because $2k is not little. I would 100% recommend this if you can get over the price. I am definitely in front of the computer more often because of this monitor. This monitor is definitely better than my living room tv haha. Purchased the Open Box "Excellent Condition". Despite a few finger prints on the screen it worked great once I got it setup and have had no issues thus far. It was a gamble going open box instead of new. However, the monitor itself is mesmerizing and 32:9 is very useful for productivity. While gaming (though some games are not natively supported for aspect ratio) is truly next level and worth it for that experience alone.

For a non 4K monitor it looks amazing. Sounds is ok. Could use more boom for sure. Loving my game times with this monitor. Great for all those open world games, Wukong, God of War, Ghost of Tsushima etc. you won’t regret playing games on this monitor. I’m running RX 6900 XT card at mostly Max settings just fine. No Ray tracing enabled. Annoying that some of the options are non accessible.

Looks amazing! Blacks, Colors, overall picture looks great. But Unfortunately its abundance of features became its downfall. Its a monitor with smart TV features. Not as good as it sounds. Dual screen feature was a major let down for me. You pretty much have to adjust it every time you turn on you pc, so I just leave on full screen mode. No HDR and only 120hz supported when using it in dual screen mode. So only great when using in full screen mode. And going back and forth from 1 screen to 2 screens is a hassle. It only has 1 DP, 1 HDMI and 1 mini hdmi?! I wanted to love this monitor I really did, but it was a disappoint. Samsung tried to do too much with it. So no, I would not recommend.
