Best washer ive ever had and its so so quiet you cant even hear it running

We love our efficient and sleek smart washer. I wish we would have purchased this sooner.

The washer is so quiet and the smart app feature is awesome. Can program our own settings and the notice when it’s done or how much time left on the cycle is great so you are not running down to see if the laundry done yet. The capacity on this washer, too, is great.

Love the look and it functions well outside of connecting to the internet. I still haven’t been able to connect it to the internet, it asks me to connect to another wi-fi that isn’t on my network and then doesn’t connect to my actual network. It’s quietI can barely tell it on. In spite of this I would still recommend it. My service representative was amazing and extremely helpful. Did an exceptional job.

The sales associate that worked with us at the time of the purchase was amazing! They helped us finance the best options for us and the washer and dryer we did purchase is amazing as well!

Price was reasonable. It has performed well with cleaner clothes and larger loads handled that our previous. Our machine runs almost every day with many loads on the weekends. It has worked out extremely well. Many options depending upon what you need to wash.

It is fast and doesn’t make much noise, and can make it wash through my phone. I like it

Beautiful Washer. I love Samsung products /appliances & TV, because I connect my phone and operate them remotely. This washer is big with many great features. The Champagne color is pretty. Bedt part was the price! Best Buy was true! A $1049 washer was on sale for $749!!! Then the new warranty that covered free install, haul & delivery besides extended warranty.

It’s hard not to love something so simple. I haven’t had it for long, but so far so good. I have yet to download the app it has, but I’m excited that there is one. I’m also a fam of the top load door and the easy pull out detergent tray. The size is also great, though seemed bit wider when it was delivered.

Very Happy with this purchase. No problems in almost 2 years of having it. Clothes comes out very clean. Smart washer that I turn on and off from the comfort of my bed. Teenager loves using it as well.

It works cleans clothes easy to use and has the agitator

This Samsung Smart top load washing machine does a great job getting my clothes really clean and at 5.1 cubic feet it does big loads. It tells you exactly how long the cycle you choose will take and you can connect it to your phone to know when the wash is done. The only thing bad I can say is most cycles take a long time.

It's been very interesting to learn all the options.. seems to clean well.

Love our new SMART washer. The "drum" is so BIG - we can wash a lot of clothes! One thing to note is that you do not choose your load size, It automatically sizes up what you have in there so there is minimal water (something we had to get used to). We also found that we have to actual set it to dual rinses (2x).
