I’ve been looking at laundry sets for a few months. Our dryer has been making a weird noiss so I knew it was just a matter of time before I needed a new one. Had been going back and forth between the GE & Samsung and even looked at cheaper sets due to costs. With a help of a friend that swears by the Samsung brand, I decided on this on. The size and features were perfect for me family. The technology adds convenience. The price on Black Friday was a bonus. We actually look forward to doing laundry! My fiance loves the active wear mode and the sanitize feature. I love that I can put my whole bedding set in there with plenty of room to spare. Being able to sync the washer and dryer so that they are done at the same time is cool and having remote access to the units through an app are right up my tech alley. Definitely will recommend to anyone who’d listen!

This Samsung washing machine is awesome, quiet, efficient, very easy to install and operate. I highly recommend this product.

This washing machine is the coolest! It is very quiet!The washing machine has technology that calibrate the weight of the laundry for water usage! You can watch the laundry through the top! It is deep & huge barrel, great for bed sheets and comforter. But it’s not bulky!

We received our new washer and dryer on 11/29/24. The date of my review is 1/4/25 so we had some time to use it and really see if the reviews we read are correct. We first went to the store to check out and see the different brands and ask questions before we decided to purchase this item and brand. We choose the dark color with the agitatior in the middle. Why? Because we wash frequently and husband wanted it. I compromised and said ok. I noticed the inside washer is very deep and hard form me to take clothes out. That’s no problem cause I’m short 5’5. This is a challenge for someone who is short or shorter. Hubby has no problem getting clothes out as he’s 6’3. We have experienced NO torn or ripped clothing from using the washer or dryer. The wash and dry cycles has more options to choose from. You can use quick wash and dry or choose a longer cycle if needed. There’s also an APP you can use to start your appliance or preprogram to your desired needs. Clothes are clean and fresh smelling washer and dry cycles are completed. There is even and icon to let you know when to cleanse the washer or buildup. The delivery guy’s were very nice, respectful and efficient in hooking up both items. Nothing came scratched, broken or damaged and both items were covered.

Love this washer. I got the agitator version because I think this type of washer cleans my clothes better. My clothes have never smelled so clean. It’s quiet, easy to use, and has nice extra features, like a soft close lid, and deep fill options. Love the smart features too - my phone alerts me when the cycle is finished so I can go get my clothes out and put another load in.

We have been looking for a washer and dryer for so long and this got great reviews so we bought it along with the dryer. This washer is huge with great capacity as we have digs and wash a lot of laundry ! We love this washer it holds our bedding and is quiet . It has a great beeping sound when it’s done too! My husband loves it and it was a great purchase !

Never regretted buying this washer. I've enjoyed it from day one. Big enough to watch a full laundry basket, spins and drain well. My old whirlpool was nowhere close to this. Whirlpool smelled and didn't drain well, but this Samsung washer cleans my clothes and doesn't smell. It is high efficiency so I use high-efficiency detergent for the best result. I will recommend this washer to anyone. I'm going to buy a matching dryer as well.

Very nice washing machine, we have tried other brands and none of them perform as this one does. Very convenient if you have small kids that their clothes need extra cleaning. Easy to operate and the preset programa make it even easier to use.

I wanted a machine that was large enough to wash comforters comfortably and this one is certainly large and that's the only positive thing I can say about it. It has no power whatsoever, barely moves the clothes around while washing (the clothes literally stay in the same order that put them in), and sometimes the soap powder on top doesn't even get washed off by the end of the full cycle. I've pulled out DRY clothes from the machine at the end of the full cycle. Simply ridiculous and useless machine. The absolute worst part about it is when it goes into off-balance mode when the weight of clothes inside is not evenly distributed. I one put in a regular sized pillow and a small twin-sized bedsheet for wash and was busy with work for the next few hours. When I finally remembered to transfer the items to the dryer is when I realised the thing WAS STILL RUNNING!!! It had wasted hundreds of gallons of water and electricity because every time it would go into spin cycle, it WOULD FILL BACK UP WITH WATER "to rebalance the load". I must meet the insanely intelligent programmer who thought of that ridiculous piece of logic. I had to remove a soaking wet pillow out of the washer, spilling water everywhere and dry it by hand because the machine simply wouldn't perform a spin cycle without filling it back up with water. It did the same thing when I washed a jacked and 2-3 towels together. Then I thought I could just turn off the water so that it would be forced to spin dry it. That hack works sometimes but other times it just throws an error code saying it's waiting for water and stops running... DURING THE SPIN CYCLE. It's like the machine decides what you get to wash together. Every time it decides to go into off-balance mode, I need to waste at least an hour manually trying different combinations of clothes that can dry together, which is both hard and a ridiculous waste of time because I need to lift soaking-wet pieces of clothing from the washer and spill water all around. The worst part is that that's just the design.. can't even claim warranty or anything on it. Oh, and the horrendous grinding/sucking noise the pump makes while it's drying is just scary.. makes it sound like the machine is being damaged but that's "normal" too apparently. TLDR it's a useless machine that does a horrible job of washing/rinsing and spinning. Even the Best Buy agent said he wouldn't have gotten this machine because the suspension mechanism to keep the machine stable during the spin cycle gets broken all the time and people have to spend $$$ to get that fixed. It's okay to use if your clothes barely get dirty and you wash small loads at a time.

I needed a washer large enough for my queen size comforter. This one has a deep tub where I believe even a king size will fit!! And with the agitator, my laundry comes out nice and clean. Best part about this is I got it on sale for $400 off!! What a bargain!!

I was afraid to repalce my old washer because so many washers have bad reviews. I'm glad I came across this washer. I love the color (and $350 off too), and the see through lid. It has so many features and can fit a huge load at one time. The clothes come out clean.
