I've used this range for a year and all around its a great kitchen tool. Very precise flame control on all burners. The oven works well too. My main issue with it is that the cast iron grates on top can easily scratch the stainless steel surface underneath when removing them and putting them back for cleaning. We chose the stainless steel top one over the black enamel ones because it looks nice and doesn't show dust and food as bad, but unfortunately you have to be really care when removing or putting back the grates. Samsung should really offer enamel covered grates or have them better protected so they don't scratch an expensive new stove. Also, the button are a little hard to push sometimes and just have a non-responsive feel to them. Would prefer a better feel to the touch panel. Looks nice, and stove works awesome otherwise though.

Absolutely love this range, have this and the matching microwave for about 5 months now! On the surface it looks great from top to bottom with 5 burners and large oven door. Convection oven cooks everything just right and there is a wide variety of burners up top to fit most cooking needs (pots, pans & griddle). Have never used the griddle or burner in the middle. As with the microwave, buttons on the control pannel are a little hard to read due to light lettering on a silver background and the igniter on the burner knobs take some getting used to but not a major issue.

item is defective, purchased 11/26, still waiting on a replacement.

I believe Samsung makes an excellent product, I purchased it because of the great reviews, the excellent burners and large oven with three oven racks one on bearings made for roasts and turkeys. I noticed my convection fan wasn't working. I looked in the owners manual under troubleshooting and it didn't offer any help. I called the Geek squad and they did not know how to fix it, but ordered a repairman. To make a long story shorter we discovered, if a person holds the convection bake down, and pushes the zero twice it will turn the convection on, and it will indicate it on the panel. I offered this information to a geek squad technician and he refused to talk to me. Samsung technicians didn't know either.

Searched several weeks for a range for our kitchen remodel. I am so glad I chose this model. Love the stainless top, very easy to clean. Easy to use. Love the convection oven. Very happy with my purchase.

Love the stainless look and much better performing oven than our 'builder-grade' range that needed service, so we replaced it. Two things to watch out for: 1) "free" delivery and installation does not extend to hooking up to existing gas line. Would have been nice to know this beforehand - my wife and I did not discern this from what we read online when we ordered. 2) when setting up the burner caps, the photos we had seen online of the right-front "power" burner led us to put the wrong caps on a handful of the burners. We thought there was something wrong for days, and two of the burners wouldn't light, until we realized we had the caps wrong - switched them up and all the burners work great!

We just got this new range installed yesterday. We were looking for SS cooktop in the free standing range. There are only few in the market and samsung beats them all in the overall look. We got this on sale for around 800 ish as it was a display item. Best Buy delivery was prompt and there were no dents. My only complaint is the grate opening is too wide and small base pots will wobble. The wok ring is wide too. This would be a bit of a problem if you cook a lot on the stove top as we do. We haven't used the oven yet. But overall I am happy with my purchase.

I'm so in love with this range! We moved up to 5600 feet in the SoCal mountains and the range I purchased before never had a decent simmer range nor high enough for the hot burner. THIS RANGE ROCKS! The simmer is perfect (no more burnt sauces) and the added bonus is the neat warming drawer. Did I mention it's cold up in the mountains? The warming drawer is certainly a plus.

I am absolutely in love with this stove. When upgrading our kitchen to stainless steel, this was the only appliance that we cared enough to upgrade the options. It looks very nice with the stainless steel top and 5 burners. The convection option is extremely functional and has been used many times already. Also, the three trays are perfect along with the one that slides.

I really like this oven. It has the feel of a professional cooks oven. The middle buner is a great feature that allows for flexibility in cooking. Also, the convention cooking features guarantees even cooking.

Best range I ever had. Had it for 7 years now, still works as new.

I would recommend this oven to any body wanting a ss oven it looks very nice an will worth the price I love it : )

Well, I bought this range to replace my Bosch that died after 6 years. I am an engineer and do my homework. I am also an avid baker. Its clear that many of the reviews on this site are highly questionable in origin as this range has some very fundamental design flaws. One the griddle that comes with is a piece of junk it has a grease drain that is excessively wide and for pancakes leaves you less than 6" wide. Its also incredibly cheaply made. Plan on chucking it Two the pull out rack is a great idea. The handle sticks up instead of down. So for get about sliding anything flat onto this rack. Three the pull out rack is extremely narrow, forget about getting a standard air bake cookie sheet onto it doesnt fit. Four The high output burner only turns down to medium.... This is beyond dumb. Yes you can boil a pot of water quick with it, nice, but turn it down to simmer forget about it..... Five - Somewhere it says the burner knobs are metal - nope mine are nice plastic and very light. six its a convection oven, and it blows alot of hot air out directly below the control panel not sure why never saw this on any other convection oven Seven - the control panel isnt going to hold up, glad I got the 5 year warranty on it. It has a very cheap chiclet feel to it. The pluses to the oven are the high output burner is high output. The oven temperature is accurate It has a good preheat time Basic design flaws and the hot air exhaust from the oven make it a no go.... But I have to live with it.... I wrote this so if you buy it you know what you are getting.

Bought in 2017. Stove and oven cooks ok and works well. Had to get the panel replaced right before the warranty ran out. Continues to have panel problems annually. Have to pull the stove out, take the back plate off, and clean the connection with an eraser and contact cleaner. Shouldn’t have to hack a 4 year stove.
