    I had this appliance for a short time. And boom it’s already peeling off the Tuscan color! I called Samsung to see if they have any touch up for the Tuscan paint and they DO NOT!

    I’ve owned the stove a little over a year and now when I turn on the oven there is a strong smell of gas and it takes over a half an hour to heat to 350 degrees. I wouldn’t expect to have these problems after a year of ownership. Disappointed in the product.

    Don't know the gas range yet, the service is horrible. Delivery missed the time. Second time came, the installer said it was too tight and couldn't hook up the range to the gas line. Had to hire a plumber to add an adapter. Called BestBuy, no one answered the call. Had to run to the store, salesman was off. Went there next day. The salesperson was there. Rearrange another delivery day. Spend 2600 dollars, nobody follow up what's going on or don't care what's going on. Don't ever shop at BestBuy again.

    Samsung NX58R9421SS 5.8 CU FT Gas

    Purchased 12/26/19. We had it switched over to LP, since then we have had absolutely no issues with this product, it has been performing as a stove to and oven should. We are glad we purchased it and have had no complaints. We would have no issues with purchasing again if needed in the future.

    Stove Good, Oven Garbage

    I've had this range for 2 years now so I feel comfortable with my review. The range is a very attractive semi-pro look appliance. The controls are intuitive although the control for 4 & 1 on the numeric keypad seems to be a bit muddled as I'm always getting the wrong one. The cooktop burners are great although the griddle / center burner feels a bit underpowered. The issue with this range is the oven. It's terrible. I have to add 10% temperature and 10% cooking time and I STILL often have undercooked food. It is miserably inaccurate on the thermostat. Maybe I should have had a warranty call, but at my prior house the (less nice) Samsung gas range also had an underpowered oven. You know how some recipes convert for convection? Don't do it. Still cook at the non-convection and add 10% of time and increase the temperature 10%. The other thing about the oven is that it leaks heat. If it's hot outside, I can't use the range because it warms my entire house. Newer houses are sealed and the heat leakage makes my house as hot as the oven should be, but never really is. It's just not a well sealed oven and maybe that's why it takes so much longer to cook foods, but it's definitely the reason why it gets so hot when I do bake. I can't recommend this oven and hope they've improved the ovens on future ranges at this price point. I see zero benefit of a convection oven if it's this slow.

    Do not buy. A waste of money. Cannot clean without damaging. the steel grate break easily. numbers come off knobs and its peeling less than 2 years old.
