    50Inch Does not appear to be 120hz, pretty frustrating as it was one of the main reasons I bought it. Would love to get support to switch it to 120 if possible

    I didn’t like this TV & am returning it. Perhaps it is the LED aspect of the TV, but all people appear as if they are standing in front of a green screen. It causes issues with my astigmatism, gives me headaches, & I hated the remote. The default on the volume was super loud, too, & Samsung sort of forces their phone app on you.

    Nice concept but very quickly gets super expensive buying frames. Plus, they don't mention you HAVE to subscribe to an annual Samsung plan even if you want to upload your own images &/or use ones from their art gallery. Was excited to get it and quickly bummed on set up to discover all the expensive adds to get it the way I would think most consumers want it to begin with. (i.e. a nice frame and the TV displaying cool content on standby)

    New model Samsung picture frame tv great

    The tv was great but the add on white frame we purchased separately was horrible. The 1st one that we purchased arrived broken. The store ordered a new one and it was suppose to be magnetized to attach easily to the TV but it was not. I returned the white frame and just leaving the tv with the original black frame. I wouldn’t suggest changing the frame for the newer model 2021 tv.

      Hi Nicky,

      Thank you for choosing Samsung’s The Frame TV and for sharing your experience with built-in Alexa functionality. Please know that voice commands may differ with each voice assistant.
      We suggest you check the command examples for each voice assistant.
      Settings > General > Voice > Amazon Alexa Settings

      For more information about the usage and settings of Amazon Alexa, run Amazon Alexa Settings. Go to: Settings > General > Voice > Amazon Alexa Settings

      When the TV is far from you or the ambient noise is too loud, the TV may be unable to recognize your voice. For the best results, you will need to be within 10 feet of your TV. Please look at your TV screen and speak.

      If you haven’t already, we recommend turning on the Voice Wake-up function as well. Press the microphone button on your remote, then go to: Explore Now > Settings > Voice Wake-up.

      You may also want to try re-pairing your remote to your TV by doing the following:
      1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds you’re your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset.
      2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow.
      3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.

      If your remote is still not working properly or its response is slow, please check the remaining battery of the Smart Remote by going to Settings > General > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery.

    Extremely disappointed in my purchase. I'd give it zero starts if I could. I ordered the Open Box - Excellent because the description says "Looks brand new, Includes all original parts/accessories, Typically contains packaging" and we opened up the box to a missing mount and one connect box. Only the TV was in there but without the box (which is the hard drive) and mount it's completely useless. Very upset. Never ordering from best buy again. Never order "open box".... Lesson Learned.

    It broke it 3 days. Called samsung and its been over 2 weeks to be fixed. Complete waste of money

    I love this TV> It is really easy to set up and the quality is amazing. I a bought it for the art feature, which I love. I hate looking at a black TV and this is the perfect compromise to having a TV in the front room.

    Great TV , made our bedroom so stylish. Make sure you buy IN-WALL fire rated fiber-optic wire from Amazon if you want a clean picture look of your TV in the room .
