The picture quality is better than any tv I have had! My problem is with the tv's ability to access the apps it has! Especially the Netflix app. You never know when the tv will freeze up while trying to access it and the only way to fix it is to go up to the tv and unplug it! Not that easy when it is mounted to the wall!

Since I was in the market for a PS4 Pro I figured that I might as well buy a TV to go along with it. This TV is thin, almost bezeless and has a gorgeous picture. One drawback is that there isn't too much 4K content available to watch yet unless you have a blu-ray player. But when you do get to experience 4K, "Wow"! PS4 Pro games look insane! This TV is also one of the best to purchase for online gaming because of very low input lag (which there is a setting on this TV for). The only complaint that I have is that Netflix sometimes stutters but not enough to stop me from recommending this TV to someone else.

This TV is crystal clear, and the smart features are intuitive, The internet setup on the TV is easy. The tv has built in apps, and has can download and run certain Android apps. I would highly recommend this Television

After setting up this smart tv I ask myself how I was ever watching tv w/o one. Very fast and quality bright picture. Was told oled was the best but could see that much difference and the oled being 700 more expensive

After researching lots of models (including watching youtube demos) we had several models in mind. we were going to settle for a lesser model because of cost, but saw this open box deal and it was one of the models with the removable black unit (where you plug your hdmi and other cables). This feature made it much easier to set up (don't have to plug things into the side or back of the TV) and supposedly makes upgrading easier down the road. Love it so far. Great picture. Although when watching some movies or shows, the TV does its best to upgrade things not shot in 4K to the 4K format. Some shows end up looking grainy or have that 'straight to video' (cheap production values) look. The smart features are nice and work well with Apple TV.

This Samsung 4K TV is fantastic! I love the picture quality. It works great with my Xbox one S and streams movies/shows perfectly with the built in smart apps. I would definitely recommend this TV to everyone I know!

This is by far the best television for the money. The picture is unreal, the remote is a marvel of technology and the interface is so simplistic a 3 year old can play xbox, switch to tv and back again with no help.

Very nice picture. Great simple and comprehensive remote. Easy to set up. It was a little unclear how to mount to bracket (not included). Good value, as I got this product at a good discount at the holiday time.

Great tv. Check out rtings.com review and calibration settings on TV if your unsure. I built my calibrations around theirs and it looks great. Xbox one looks great and runs with absolutely no input lag when in game mode.

Easy to set up - came with a remote that seems like its difficult to use do to lack of buttons but its very easy to sync and go. I hook to WiFi at home and can get most of my fav apps. The picture is also great.

Had this TV for about a month now. Got it for features/price combo. It is a smart tv with all the connected wi-fi capability. It also has the ability to read PC formatted hard drives for photos, music, or home movies, et al. TV also has an irregular back, and is heavy for a TV of it's size. Mounting it on the wall proved challenging as the mounting kit was "universal". Ended up using a combination of spacers, washers and screws to ensure it was up to snuff. Even had to use some self-bought washers as the kit didn't have enough. I recommend wall-mount, but be prepared and have extra parts handy.

Excellent Tv. It supports hdmi 2.0a, has 10 bit color depth, and has excellent video quality all-around. 55 inches was the right size for my room, and the controller is slick. This was my first purchase of a 4K TV, and I did plenty of research before buying it. It has a game mode for low input lag for video games, something around 22 ms. It has a separate box that connects to back of the TV for all 4 hdmi inputs and other important inputs. My only gripe with it would be that the legs are not adjustable, as they remain in their set distance. This forced me to buy an entertainment center that could hold it, which gave me reason to buy a nice one altogether. I can easily recommend this if you are buying a starter 4K TV for yourself.

This Samsung TV has a very high picture quality and after you disable unnecessary features that all TVs have today, like motion smoothing, it’s terrific. The remote is very minimalist in design, but it’s effective at navigating the quick change interface design for changing inputs, etc. The built-in streaming smart TV apps are nice, however, it seems they are not sufficient for highest picture quality. For example, the YouTube TV app I subscribed to so I can cut cable TV from my cable provider, is capped at 720p instead of 1080p. When using a Roku streaming device, that instance of the YouTube TV app is at 1080p. I am not clear if Google is intentionally limiting the built-in TV app because it can’t handle it or not. Also, I find the small box that you use to connect your HDMI devices into the TV, which then connects to the TV, to be problematic. It constantly slides off the mantle it sits on.
