Internal cracking not covered under warranty

So apparently the screen can crack internally without any outside damage done to it and Samsung won’t honor the warranty as they deem it physically damaged which is not covered. I have only had the tv for 4 months and there are now huge digital lines going through the picture! This crack happened internally and nothing external damaged it! A google search will show this is a HUGE issue that Samsung is not owning up to, but instead is blaming the customer for their faulty product. I would not recommend buying it as this could happen to anyone and it’s not worth taking the chance on. It’s way too expensive for this to have happened.

I hadn't had the TV for a full week and the one connect box went out. I spoke to five different Samsung people and after two weeks, I still don't have the replacement One Connect. Crazy for an upper end tv!

This has got to be the coolest TV I have ever seen! As soon as I saw it online, I knew I had to have it. Nothing is more unsightly in a living room than a big black rectangle on the wall when your TV is off. This solves this problem! Not only is this a great 4K HDR TV - the picture is almost flawless, but when the TV is off, it legitimately looks like a nice piece of framed art, so long as the room has at least a moderate amount of light in it. If the room is darker, you can tell the picture is "backlit" making it appear more TV-like. But anytime there is decent light in the room, this really looks like framed art.
On the TV side of things, the picture is great although the backlight is not perfectly even. You can tell it is edge-lit since blacks are lighter around the edges and corners than in the middle of the screen. In included no-gap wall mount is great and really does bring the TV flat against the wall.
I don't like that Samsung includes phillips head screws since they strip too easy - please include hex head next time!
I'd also prefer the power cord not have to be routed all the way to the left side to keep it hidden.
Great TV overall! I love it.

My wife hates TV's in the living room. From the reviews I believed the Frame to be a realistic facsimile of a framed print under glass. I installed it while she was away from home, and thought she would be pleasantly surprised. She wasn't fooled for a second. It's obvious that the Frame when in "Art Mode" is backlit, and not illuminated by light from the room. Hosting 20 for Thanksgiving at our house, everyone immediately realized it was a TV with a photo being displayed. Although my wife agrees that it's better than a blank screen hanging on the wall, don't think you're going to fool anyone that it's not a TV.

Thank you for sharing your experience of the Samsung Frame TV. I am sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the image quality of the Art mode. The Frame TV adjusts brightness and color tone automatically according to its surroundings. The sensor is located on the bottom of the Frame, so it can also be influenced by the color of the floor or a table that is below it. Using the Samsung Smart View app on a smart device, you can manually adjust the brightness and color tone of your Frame TV.
